The rooms are a bit basic but good for a short trip

Staff was nice and location is perfect 1 min from train station and 5mins from souk by walk Other than above, all was less than expectation So noisy in the night, uncomfortable bed, mattress, no hair dryer,

Hôtel Résidence Monia is a good choice for exploring Sousse and its surrounding sites and cities. Close to the beach, close to the Medina, close to many restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable for a few days.

The location is very good and we could easily go everywhere walking. They kept our luggages for the day we went to the desert. The toilet sit was dirty and when we mentioned it in the reception they told us the shift of the cleaning lady had ended so we had to clean it ourselves. Cleanliness in general terms could be improved. No sound insulation so it is a bit noisy. The heating was not working both times when we arrived and it was fixed later. We had no hot water in the last night - they refund us 50% of our stay to minimize the trouble.

Friendly staff, railway station five minutes walk away, restaurants and gricery stores nearby. Hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet street, and a minifridge in the room.

The room was lovely and spacious. I will miss grandpa from reception.

Clean and good location (1 min. by foot from the Sousse Palace Hotel and 150 m from Sousse train station). Good value for money. Bahtroom renovated. There's no lift, but the price is competitive.

There was a leak in the bathroom and even after complaining it was never fixed. The leak seemed to come from a pipe near the toilet and was a bad leak.

Very welcoming staff, clean, comfortable and very well located. Great value for money. The wifi could be a bit faster, but otherwise everything good.

The staff was really nice and let us check in early. Very easy to communicate. Good location. Was afraid of the cigarettes smell that others mentioned, but our room was ok. Enough place for the luggage. It was really noisy. You could hear the loud neighbours and then there is something that makes the noise every 10 minutes the whole night. The pillow is so big, i had to use my jacket instead. Night stands and bath mat were not really clean.

Staffs were very helpful. Location is good as it's near the old town, train station and the ocean. The room is a bit dated but clean. It can be quite noisy at night.

Less than 5 mins walk to the train station, 5 mins to the Medina and 15 mins walk to Archaeological Museum. Short taxi ride to louage and bus stations. Many restaurants nearby for breakfast. Chilly room at night (January) but hot shower. Balcony overlooks pedestrianised street. Helpful staff.

Hotel is at very central location. Everything is at walking distance.The room was spacious and very clean. The staff at hotel they were very good and welcoming specially Mr Jamal always ready help with beautiful smile. I highly recommend this place and will back again.
