We had a really great stay at Medina Sousse Hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop – the view was amazing and it was a perfect place to relax in the evening. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to a young lady at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again Nothing

The location is excellent and made getting around very easy. Everyone working at the hotel was professional and friendly. In particular, a young woman on the staff went out of her way to help us several times and was always smiling. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Souss Nothing

The rooftop area is absolutely worth mentioning – we spent a lot of time there enjoying the views. The staff were excellent from start to finish. A special mention to a young female staff member who was exceptionally helpful and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visi Nothing

Very good location, if you love the medina, so for traveler. Nice and friendly staff. New equipment; even German TV program. Good choice. The bar closes at 20:00; well as it has one, bad if you arrive later on.

In Medina but close to taxis to go elsewhere Great breakfast , helpful staff Nothing

Attitude of evening staff and toilet leaking . Moving to small room with small bed despite having a reservation for a queen size room
-
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke from people (staff) smoking in the lobby even though we were on the second floor.

Good central location right in the middle of the Medina. Breakfast was good with a different variety everyday. The hotel itself was safe and always had security to not allow random people to come in. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. It’s close to all the touristic sites and close to the buses that can take you for day trips like El Jem, Monastir, Kairouan, etc. There is also a bar that offers a variety of drinks which was nice.

location and breakfast

My only complaints were that the bathroom smelled a bit moldy and the walls are thin enough to hear other’s snoring. Hotel employees give you a bit of a hard time for paying in card even though it is marked as an available payment method. Breakfast is better than okay but not amazing.

The location is perfect

In the centre of the old city, 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach, Air conditioning was available. I couldn't sleep due to mosquitoes, The smell of the paint on the floor was obvious which makes me unable to breathe at night, A tiny bathroom, Zero maintenance to the bathroom as there was a leakage in the rest area, Under average breakfast, I asked two big towels and each receptionist was running away from my question, Not recomendable at all.

Wonderful location. The staff were so kind and helpful, I had a wonderful 4 nights there. Right on the edge of the Medina, so convenient to the shops and ancient buildings. Not too far by taxi from the louage (mini bus) station, for visiting other interesting places around. The bar was closed unexpectedly on Sunday. I enjoyed watching the people there while updating my photos in the evening.
