Treehouse Hotel

The pool and beach access was great All night long party with music so loud the bed bounced (only stopped at 3am, manager couldnt do anything, I even requested anther room and slept for a while in the corridor), You had to pay to use the hotel beach, aircon air was foul (I could barely breath with it on, only after 3am we could sleep with windows open when the party downstairs finished). Breakfast was stale, coffee machine produced something weird (not cofee I think), staff was very slow. What a hellhole!

The breakfast could have been better and head waiter friendlier A few of the staff could have been more attentive. I. E inside bar staff not the very young guy. He was great. Receptionist Abera was also great.

no cooler , room very hot, table and chairs in balcony full of dust, no towels or trashbox in bathroom, very noisy place because of bars and drunk peoples until 5 am.

Staff were nice and the hotel was near to both beach and city center Hotel is poorly maintained it was only 3 stars although it doesn't deserve it the food was not that good i paid for both breakfast and dinner but i was not allowed to drink water and they refused to open the AC as they said that they will open only starting from 15th of june, I complained to the reception until I got tired and no one respond and I asked to meet the manager but there was no answer TV open but signal is always lost after 1 mn the lift button is broken in the 3rd floor

IT IS NOW 1.30 A.M. AND i CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE OF THE NIGHTCLUB RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROOM THEY GAVE US. YOU COULD'VE TOLD US SO THAT WE COULD MAKE OUR OWN CHOICE. BAD FORM

The location is good, (very close to the train station), the place was clean, the pool is nice and very close to the beach. the staff are very friendly and supportive many restaurants and pubs surrounding the place, so there was loud music all night long, but for people who are into night life, this is a bonus

I don't like anything ThIt's a horrible place to stay ?? .... Very bad services ?? dirty hôtel and room , bed bugs ??? and insects everywhere.... Food and meals it's a catastrophic , so much noice pollution .... Zero for the comfort?? Zero for the services?? Zero for the sanitation ?? Zero for the staff, there's no respect and they are not welcoming .... Bad experience ?? it was waste of money and time

For the very low price I paid it was OK. As a hotel it's totally run down, for cheap stays. Never would I pay anything more than EUR 14.00. The breakfast was simply a joke. And the WiFi did not work at the room level, Nothing, concierge was nice

Good location Paid for half board and they either provided a horrible cold meal or didn't provide a meal at all. No buffet choice here or not even chairs or sunbed by the pool. Dirty room, stained sheets
