Location WiFi not working Not clean

Great location on the beach, close to downtown and the medina. Staff were wonderful, from the front desk, cleaners, underground private garage attendants, porters and most especially the waiters at the excellent restaurants. Room had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, shower and A/C worked great and the safe was a bonus. We ate at the 12th Floor restaurant which had great views, excellent food and wine. But best of all was our witty, friendly waiter. Could have used more information about the restaurants up front. Some guests had all inclusive packages but those of us without had to make prior arrangements to eat in the restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The restaurant was a true highlight , the food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options, and everything was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

The room is not clean.

Check in was fast and efficient. Common areas of the property were well kept and clean. Rooms could use general updating....very dated and worn.

Very nice clean hotel. Excellent value compared the price. Very convenient to go train station or old town. Excellent breakfast. Front desk stuff supposed to tell us which elevator for us among multiple ones.

Wide spread of breakfast, so many options. room looks nice and clean, had the 90s vibe. toilet was clean and nicely lighted. toileteries offerings were decent too. got security by the lobby so felt secure. location was also quite strategic, easy to walk to medina and the beach. can pay by card, which is quite rare for local hotels They gave two twin beds, and even though they were connected, you cant sleep in the middle without feeling like falling down. also took a while to check in, had to ask several times, when we got the key, the cleaners were still cleaning the room. internet was a bit spotty when we were there

Good location. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. They provided water when we arrived but after that ,we had to go out and buy bottles of water to drink every day. I wouldn't have expected to do that in a four star hotel.

Unlike many places I book, my wife would have liked the Palace. The lobby area was huge and very well appointed. The staff was friendly. I loved that they had inside parking. Nothing

The air conditioning dd not work despite hot weather. The wifi was very inconsistent which made it difficult to get work done

Nice, big hotel. Location is great, right at the beach, 5-minute walk to the medina. Staff all very nice. Has lots of amenities, none of which I used, as a big resort-type place isn't generally my style or needs. Could hear the ocean from the room, which was great. As was the (partial) ocean view. Big breakfast buffet. The wifi varied from weak to non-existent, which was a big deal for me as I needed to work.

Great location, close to major attractions. Big, quiet comfy room with a balcony. Big safe that could hold a laptop and other items. Nice touch to get a juice on arrival and a bowl of fruit in the room. Some of the staff are friendly. One of the doormen (a taller, older guy) always had a friendly greeting and opened the door when I was going out or coming in. The others were a waste of space and either watched me going in and out without bothering to help or else were standing outside smoking or watching the world go by. I don't know in whose world this classes as a 5-star hotel. It's scruffy in places (the floor of my room had 'wooden' panels that were warped and curling at the edges, so they hurt your feet if you don't wear socks or shoes). The room above clearly had hard floors too and people who stomped around in hard shoes as it sounded like a herd of horses was clip-clopping around above me. Housekeeping was lax and either entered the room when I had the 'do not disturb' sign outside, or else they didn't bother to clean the room when I had the 'clean my room' sign outside. The hotel has so few towels that once housekeeping removes yours, you're without them for the next few hours until they come to replace them. The room has four teabags. No coffee, sugar or milk, only teabags. No bottle of water on arrival. It's 3 stars at best. Way overpriced for what it is.

Friendly staff. Good location near the Medina. Room had a decent size. Found hairs in the bathroom -also no sockets in the bathroom. Noisy, the rooms have outdated decor and zero soundproofing, the bedclothes are old and felt rough. Booking . com photos are misleading: the rooms with a sea view actually have a pool view, the sea is barely seen from a distance. Tasteless food, cheap breakfast products. The pastries were inedible. This is not a 5 stars hotel.
