The staff were friendly and nice, the hotel is clean, and the location is very Nice. The food options were limited, and there were long lines of people waiting to get their food. The food is good thought. For the price i paid I cant really complain.

Pretty much nothing. We left early because it was disgusting. Food was terrible, staff was rude, amenities were in bad shape. They wouldn't let us use the covered pool, but we saw other people being allowed in.

The worst resort I have seen reception or bad no respect only one elevator for the whole hotel nothing special

All the staff were brilliant ? hard working and kind The rooms could be cleaner, perhaps providing slippers to use.

Was very nice stay kids enjoyed it. Beach nearby, good swimming pool. Staff was a bit ignorant, but this might be only because cultural differences.

- The location is good - Breakfast is very good - Powerful shower - Staff are not very friendly at all (with some exceptions of course but I had the breakfast amd dinner deal and felt that I was treated like 3rd class citizen - Shower was constantly going from warm to scalding hot - this happened 2x - lifts can take forever as they're also used by cleaning ladies - Not even water is offered for free at dinner unless you get the all inclusive package - Parking on site is poor (limited) - Toilet didn't flush properly - wifi poor. Can use for whatsapp but nothing else - entertainment extremely loud - despite having many different nationalities, they constantly reminded us that burkinis are not allowed. This is Tunisia in 2025. I am not muslim but there is something fundamentally wrong with this - No soap or shampoo in room - Hotel charged my credit card before check in - I requested to pay in cash - No coffee or tea in room (or a kettle)

Breakfast is ok, highlight of our trip overnight Hijabi’s… just know you can’t swim here because they’ve banned burkinis. The staff are rude. The rooms are tired, you’d think it hasn’t been done up since the 90’s. There are no sockets in the room so we had to unplug the telly to charge our phones.

I paid for all inclusive and when we checked in we got our wrist bands. Went to the bar to get a drink and they refused us, saying we can only have soft drinks, we wanted to get a refund which they refused so we had to pay extra for all inclusive drinks! Very bad and rude staff including mananagment. Will not be booking again and am also dissapointed with your company as sold as all inclusive with no mention of no alcohol see above

The check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The animation team were fantastic. De de was brill and we loved his company. Bar staff on the late shift were perfect. Lofti made sure we had everything we needed Not everything was open (though we were out of season) Some of the toilets are very tight with notches cut out of the door to allow the door to pass the toilet bowl

Cleaning staff were lovely and always tidying up. They really tried to make sure the room was ready for you even though the actual rooms are quite outdated with mouldy bathrooms. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and welcoming. The guy who arranges activities such as quad biking etc. was extremely rude. On the first few days he was overbearing saying that we must choose him for events and not go elsewhere, and would spend so long explaining why his services were the best, even on activities we weren’t interested in. After a while he just started to be rude to us when we walked by. Very unpleasant person. Facilities such as table tennis etc. which is usually open for everyone to use, were not available. The staff told us they didn’t have ping pong balls but we were welcome to purchase our own and then use the table. The food wasn’t that great but it seems they really tried with wide selection and variety, but still not actually good. Drinks seems watered down. Gym and other facilities just seemed old. Luckily we were out of the hotel everyday though.

The service The employees are very kind and lovely. Bad WiFi for work. Phone Connection network is under low inside the hotel. Not always fresh food. Room not very clean,dust under the bed ,but when reclaimed they solve the problem and clean after.
