I stayed at the Kaisar Hotel in Sousse and had a generally positive experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the beautiful Sidi Jaafar Beach. The breakfast offered was satisfactory considering the price, providing good value for money. However, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. It seemed to turn off around midnight, which affected comfort during the night. Despite notifying the receptionist about the problem, the issue wasn't addressed promptly. As someone who frequently stays in hotels due to my work as a tour guide, I understand that occasional issues can arise, but timely resolution is crucial. Overall, I would recommend the Kaisar Hotel for its location and the warmth of its staff, but I hope they address the AC situation to improve guest comfort in the future.

Thanks to the cleaning dame and not the managers of the hotel, Rooms are clean and with comfortable and clean bed sheets. 1.The reception asked for 11€ tax which is not usual for me after staying in many hotels in sousse. 2.It is mentioned “breakfast included “ but in fact they give one croissant + a cup of tasteless coffee and some bread. So they choose what they give you. 3.The hotel’s entrance is shared with a bar and the security personnel inspects you visually or physically every single time you want to enter to the hotel. 4.The feeling of not caring about you is present in the reception staff.
