Perfect location, which is near all attractions zones

The reception staff were amazing. Breakfast was disappointing, elevator was on the first floor not ground floor.

Location

We dud not stay. In order to reach the elevator one had to climb a steep flight of steps. A person with limited mobility would not be able to negotiate the steps.

The good thing about this hotel , is the location. Quality/ proce wise is good. i was used to come to this hotel , but last time they told me no available rooms , only business room is available ( higher price ) and i accept to took it , but unfortunately it was exactly like the other rooms , even worst because no towels were there , and even bed cover onty 1 was available. And i was freezing at night.

The hotel's location was exceptional, situated conveniently close to a plethora of attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, Cleaning ladies are very nice

A huge thank you to the receptionist working on the evening. He was consistently warm, energetic, and engaging. His positive energy and welcoming demeanor made a big difference in my daily experience at the hotel. The shower temperature fluctuated significantly. Hopefully, the weather is still warm during my stay.

Love the private parking in the back. Staffs are friendly. Location is excellent. Overal, we enjoyed staying there. none

They didn't accept my credit card or euro cash. Also reception staff man was so aggressive.

This was my second stay at Hôtel Soussana, and once again it didn’t disappoint. I absolutely love its location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which makes it so convenient for exploring Sousse. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere warm and pleasant. I think my first Time the hotel were better

Clean rooms The room and lounge are way smaller than they look like in the picture. The balcony view is nothing like the view they have in the images, and its always dark in the halls. The reception desk staff are not rude, but they're not friendly, I felt i was staying there for free.

It was extremely noisy, because the windows would not shield the sounds of traffic from the outside

The hotel has clean rooms, the breakfast is simple and good.

Excellent location, near the beach, hotel quite reasonable for family 1.No, staff helped us for luggage neither on arrival nor in check out, I believe some one should be there. 2.Breakfast very limited, no choices. 3.No refrigerator in the room, 4.Staff provide only on key for the room which is not practical for family, especially the key should be plugged in the room to get light, AC,....

Great hotel for an inexpensive clean room in good location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom is outdated but ok and clean.

The staff clearly had no idea how to treat guests properly. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Breakfast was another terrible experience. The staff just stood around watching us eat, which made us very uncomfortable. They didn’t bother to refill or restock any of the breakfast items once they ran out. Worst of all, the hotel employees themselves were constantly taking food from the buffet, leaving even less for the actual guests. I do not recommend this place at all – if you’re a tourist looking for a pleasant and respectful environment, stay away from this hotel
