Beautiful property. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a getaway. Everything is just how it is supposed to be.

The valet service was poor. Not enough employees, and the employees we did encounter were less than helpful. For $30 a night you would expect they would have enough help. Housekeeping never came even after several requests. So we never got fresh towels or the garbage taken out.

The staff was nice, but the valet was not very helpful when it came to asking for help on where we could store our bikes. We also happened to stay the same weekend as a soccer tournament. The soccer team guests, families and friends took over the courtyard and pool and made it very uncomfortable for the rest of the guests. It was disappointing that the hotel was not keeping an eye on the situation.

Overall the property was very nice. My only complaint was that the mattress was too firm.

You have a main door and you open the door then there are two rooms if the other room person locks the main door you cannot get in weird hotel

Hilton has become too commercialized, wants everyone to buy Time Share which financially makes zero sense to anyone.

Nice, clean room facilities. Lovely outdoor facilities like the fire pits and outdoor pool. However our stay was tarnished by unhelpful reception staff not honouring our written proof that we were entitled to complimentary self parking within the hotel grounds, (as we had Hilton membership). Needless to say we were charged $30 per day for parking, and told we were only allowed the valet option for parking our car. Sorry to say because of this we would not return, even though the hotel room and amenities were very good.

This property is close to all the restaurants and boat cruises, jet skis. Nice place

I loved how close in proximity it was to everything. I’ve suite was amazing for our family of 4 with all the amenities. KAREN is amazing! Such a wonderful front desk girl. Sold us on coming back.

Superb

The property is great. It’s clean and at a good location. The stuff at the check in center is not too friendly. The big change from two years ago is that they charge $30 for parking and valet parking only. It’s not convenient at all.

Very clean room. Quiet. Wish they served breakfast.

Loved the kitchenette with full size coffee machine and supplies, fridge even had ice trays (ice machine also in building) the bed was comfortable, room was clean with extra blanket. All the staff was friendly and greeted me. Great location to do water sports, take hikes/walks, e-scooter rentals right outside and Whole Foods right down the street which help cut down immensely on eating out expenses. The fitness room could use some new yoga mats, I put a towel over the one I used as there were little black chunks coming off it. Not a huge deal just a suggestion.
