The location of the accommodations in Tahoe. The room was clean and comfortable. No breakfast! A breakfast would be great at this location. The inside was dated and needed updating.
-
- the rooms were super clean and had a mini kitchen with all the utensils needed - Large bathroom - A huge pool ( unfortunately not heated ) + 2 Jacuzzi's - Complimentary Laundry Room - Food in the hotel was delicious - Many restaurants, cafe, souvenir shops close by walking distance - They had an water activity corner - Close to a hiking trail - Ice machine, vending machine available on property - Overpriced parking - Couldnt find water on the property ( not tap ) - Pool was not heated, freezing. - No beach/place to chill that was walking distance - No streaming services

They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required. Also the staff I communicated on Experian about this were brushing off my screenshot of it stating nothing about these additional fees that were not optional and they were unwilling to give any sort of reimbursement

The location was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious, prices were reasonable and the staff were fantastic.

Very clean lovely suite. No breakfast offered. Outdoor seating at restaurant not ideal - off parking lot next to pool with warning sign related to swimming with diarrhea (quite odd).

Not much The bed was very uncomfortable. They were doing work on the balcony above us and making a lot of noise for a couple of days which was annoying. Everything looked a little rundown at the property. The restaurant downstairs the food wasn’t very good. And the beach had no shade, and there was no chairs or umbrellas that we could use from the facility to go to the beach.

Disappointing

I was never told about the parking we had to pay $60 for two cars, the room amenities are run down scratched up. And then we caught the valet parking when they went to go get our car four people got off of our vehicle when they brought it to us which I don't think was cool at all

Rooms were way overpriced. Very basic older 70’s looking room for almost 400$ a night. No perks with it at all. Bar and restaurant over priced. Bathroom very old. I asked for a view and to be next to my son. They put me on first floor with no view and they put my son on fifth floor and gave him the view. Very disappointed overall.

Very friendly staff and nice overall property. Parking was a problem in the fact that it was difficult to get a parking spot and the cost was crazy considering. As a family it was nice to have a place to be a family with a kitchen and things to entertain the kids. The pool heater was broken and Expedia doesn't discloses the parking fees or other fees associated with booking this property.

Location 1: parking fee which was 10% of room cost per night. 2: the undisclosed resort fee of $78, another 10% charge 3: water on floor from frig having been turned off to defrost. Requiring maintenance to clean up. 4: bath body wash empty but already in shower. Had to call maintenance. 5: clothes dryer on second floor error code SE, heat sensor problem. Clothes never dried. Reported. 6: the condo desk offered a lake cruise if we listened to a short sales pitch. I wasn’t there to be bothered.
