Tahoe Hacienda Inn

I was in town to check on my 2 rental properties. The staff is super kind. The room was clean. There is a lot of road noise all night off of Hwy 50. The pool is in needs of a lot of repair. The pool was dirty, has many cracks and has an apparent leak. The staff is super friendly!

Quaint motel, clean rooms Our King spa room showed a small couch, and that's why I booked it so my husband could sit on it to watch TV instead of a desk chair or the bed. There was no couch. No kleenex in the room. No decaf coffee available.

Location and front desk staff Bed sheets was dirty on the original room where we’re supposed to stay but the front desk was bice enough to move us to a different room with a cleaner bedsheet. The iron wasn’t working properly but again the front desk gave us a new iron.

The room however is due for paint and update of the "closet/desk area and the tiles of the bath tub. I was visiting for family events during my stay and did not have time for the hot tub. I would have liked coffee access in my room, I did realize how conveint coffee access was as I checked out overall I rate my experience as 4+ stars

The room was decent, I like the location literally is 12min from the lake so we can walk, parking was good, I see the pool but we could not swim but looks good. Bathroom was ok, it was good just for a night. The only thing that I don't like it was the room smell very weird but the bed was good, you should change the sheets. And they didn't put enough soup or shampoo for the bathroom.
