The location of the inn was by far the highlight. It was great being right along the bike path and getting to explore South Lake Tahoe without the hassle of needing to drive too much. Overall I would only stay here again if I were really in a pinch. We payed $250 a night here and it was no where near worth that value. Also because of the stuffiness of the room I would be much more inclined to stay there in the winter versus the summer but to each their own.

It's pretty easy to check in. Was by my self for couple days. Next to restaurants. Almost by lake. Maybe 50 yards from access.

The room was disgusting, stains on the bed sheets , bathroom was gross , No AC , the setup of the room was awful , the office for the motel wasn’t even open had to go next door would never stay here again

It was good, no complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love the mini fridge! The owner was nice. Good location. Free parking! Smaller rooms. Older. Hooks in the bathroom would be nice. A coffee maker would be great too. The bed was not comfortable.

No A/C in the summer time in July. That's straight greedy for $356 a night. It Advertised the room had A/C. Go stay at hotel Becket for the same price and be closer to the state line. New ownership new surprises. I've stayed here before and they all A/C 10-15 years ago. A/C units Cheaper rates Friendler front desk service Should of been $167 a night with no A/C

One word: disgusting. I question whether they even clean their rooms at all. There was dead bugs, dirt and DUST everywhere. And the toilet was not even screwed down. No hooks for towels. The most ghetto and bare minimum accommodation, not worth the cost. The staff was exceptional, very friendly.

Bed, toilet, sink, floor were clean. Microwave, TV and shower floor were dirty. It appeared like the Microwave and TV are not normally cleaned by housekeeping. Door lock was damaged with screws about to fall out. A/C was new, blew cold air, and was very noisy. Office sign indicated it was open but actually was closed. It was necessary to go to another hotel to check in, which meant no one was available at this property to oversee guests and security.
