Friendly staff, clean hotel

The TV did not work. We called in a tech guy who worked for close to an hour but never fixed it. The shower did not drain. Not worth the price paid. Would not refund the room since it was purchased on Expedia.

The room upon first sight was ok definitely not as nice as the picture. The bathroom was disgusting with dirty prints on n the floor. Pubic hair and debris in the shower. Brown smudges on the floor and toilet and what appeared to be blood on the wall. There was also brown smudges on the blanket

Location is noisy outside due to highway and airport. Only heard jets a few times, but not enough to disturb our sleep. No highway noise inside. Beds are the standard on-the-hard-side, but OK. Great hot and cold breakfast. Nice scrambled eggs, tater tots, Belgian waffles to make, yogurt, etc. Nice gym, laundry room, helpful and nice desk staff.

The staff and the cleanliness of the property

Beds are awful. Pillows are awful. Breakfast was very cold and wasn’t restocked very well had to go down 2 times. Pools was amazing staff was great but honestly beds are so bad I almost slept in my car.

My family and I stayed here between July 4-9, 2026. We booked two separate rooms and had our 2 small dogs with us. The staff were welcoming, the rooms eres clean and I like that they had a gym and a laundry room. They also had a small indoor pool but didn’t bother using it because it didn’t look like it was maintained clean. There was ample parking around the property and I believe this property is also fairly new. and I also love that they allowed dogs. I t was also literally next to the Portland Jetport and within 10 mins from the shopping malls and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was that the property didn’t have a safety deposit box in the room or even the lobby for the guests valuable items. Over all, I would recommend this property.

Breakfast was good.

This hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly. My 12 year old son didn’t want to leave! Five stars ⭐️

Great place all around! So many choices for breakfast

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside was the breakfast. They didn't keep up with the food and seats were tough to come by.

HVAC not working properly in first room we were in; moved to second room and wall light and disposal not working; took 2 days and multiple requests to get fixed; mattresses in both rooms quite soft; room cleaned only every third day - seems inadequate given daily room charge; carpet in hallway dirty, stained and frayed; expected more from a Marriott for the price; staff were pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Very clean, convenient and accommodating

Breakfast was accident. It was being broken down, put away before 10 o’clock. Not sure what time it actually supposed to stay open till.

It was very convenient to downtown, and very clean.

The front desk worker Douglas was a great host and very helpful

Breakfast at this property was OK. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
