Hotel Nova SFO

Breakfast is toooooo simple, not even has peanutbutter, and ends 9am, but the staff service is good

Basic requirements are met. Clean, close to airport.

I called hotel to let them know my arriving time but when we arrived there’s no one at desk so we had to wait for fifteen minutes before someone checked us in. Room was clean and quiet but not spacious. Airplane noise can be heard but it didn’t affect our sleep. Many restaurants are one mile away. Costco is across the street. Breakfast was basic, just sliced white and wheat bread, some apple, milk, cereal, and waffle. Parking area is lighted which is safe. Didn’t take shuttle so no comment on that.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The property was clean & we enjoyed our stay. Be sure to come early for breakfast as the supply runs out a bit.

Cleaning

This was the perfect stay for my first time in San Fran! The hotel was very clean, the staff was fantastic! Very helpful any time I had a question and some of the friendliest I’ve encountered! The area was quiet and safe (other than being located close to the airport you will hear the planes) but it is the perfect hotel if you will be adventuring around the area. I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to visit!

The noise from the street traffic and the airport was not pleasant.

Janmesh the manager was awesome have been here for work and he has been really helpful with everything I’ve requested. Very clean!
