Room was lovely with wonderful city views! Buffet breakfast was also lovely. Bathroom needs an update, but served it's purpose

Very central location and great value for money. Would highly recommend for a city-break. We also found the bed extremely comfortable. We were very impressed with Brandon who was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were also warm and friendly. Also appreciated having a microwave in the room. Bathroom was quite dated and could do with an upgrade. However, shower pressure was very good.

Easy walk to everything. Had lots of little extras. Very comfortable bed. I liked that it is not really high and I was on the 7th floor, so not too scary. Wonderful staff. Nice couch to sit on and watch TV. Restaurant had good food and relaxed atmosphere. The only thing was the temp control in the room was set on 22. I was quite warm from walking and I turned it down to 17 but the room stayed at 22 for the entire stay and the window did not open.

Breakfast was what was expected for the price. The staff that were there were helpful although could have done with extra support. Cleanliness - the room could do with a deep clean not just the quick once over they get when guests leave. And the passage windows were covered in handprints and goodness knows what else. The in room service app was confusing suggesting I had to collect from reception, I did phone reception and they explained that I should just ignore that !

Location No body at front reception to check in for 20 minutes because no staff to do maintenance job in a room. Ridiculous for this quality hotel at $370 …. NO mini bar however advertised with one.

Great location and easy to get to when you drive from the country. You get what you pay for. Its a little bit tired and needs a spruce up otherwise comfortable and would definitely stay their again.
