Could have had more to chose from on the breakfast. Little or no protein offered. Was told my the hotel we could gave bottom floor and it wasn't available.

This is a great, inexpensive hotel. The staff was very friendly, the AC worked well, and was quiet. The area seemed safe, close to a bike path and shops.

bad odor in room, decor from 1970..pictures on site are incredibly inaccurate. Not worth the stay.

Pool was out of service which hurt but the staff were really nice

Staff was great! Rooms were clean, but the bathroom fan was non functional. Bagels and cereal for breakfast was fine, but I do wish they had eggs, bacon, or sausage as options. I did not use the pool. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stay 2 night . That is a great experience. all staff is so friendly . The staff name Suri, she amazing Lady. I 100% a recommend. to my friends. If I come back to reno Nevada again I stay again on that hotel

Very old and run down but I guess you get what you pay for. Bad smells everywhere. Definitely stay somewhere else if you are picky.

Bed was really comfortable, but there was a dip in the middle from all the bodies that have slept in it. I didn't mind, but wear and tear in that way was obvious. Otherwise I'd stay here again. It was quiet and had the essentials I needed for a quality night of sleep.
