Hotel As

Staff was very helpful Location is a bit out of the way, but a short bus ride to Split's old town. Good free parking right in front, rare in a city hotel. Nothing, everything was good.

Hotel As was a small nice little hotel. It was extremely quiet. The receptionists were so helpful, knowledgeable really represented the hotel nicely. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Great hotel!

We received a huge room and had a good one night stay. Quiet with very good bed (although a bit small) Not enough electricity sockets in room. Not enough parking but staff helped us out.

Practical hotel for few night stays; good value for money, though nothing special; good breakfast with a good variety of choices; free parking in front of hotel; No elevator (had to carry luggage 2 floors on stairs); the beach shown on the map at 15' walk is not a beach in fact; the closest ones are 30'-45' walk; small beds.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft and fresh, everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was also a big plus. Breakfast had a rather limited selection, but everything was fresh and tasty, with delicious fresh fruit The only downside was the toilet without a flush tank – it was quite loud and used a lot of water.

Reception was super welcoming on check in and check out! We checked out very early innthe morning there was no coffee yet but they kindly prepared a lunch to go! Just the shower in the jacuzzi which has a bad position

The restaurant was excellent! The staff were awesome and very attentive.

Friendly staff, very clean, parking & breakfast. Small rooms and lack of power outlets next to a bed.

Breakfast is good, it could be more varied. Everything was fine and there were no things that we didn't like.

Very friendly front desk team. Clean room. Some of the breakfast options didn't look so good. The eggs seemed cold. I would also say the hotel should also say that they are not good for mobility impaired people as they have no elevator.

The heating system is too noisy during the night. The interior is clean bit quite old.

Good location and ok breakfast. Hotel has a free parking wich is convenient if you travel by car. Near city center, reachable by public transport. Room had a weird smell. Found hairs on sheets when we first time entered the room. Bigest problem is the ventilation noise that is active all night. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you want to sleep normally. In general there is room for progress.

Location isn't the best but the the bigger problem for me is that there is no pedestrian walkway in the street and also no legal crossing to that street for pedestrians. There was not much traffic when I was there but this could be potentially dangerous. Orange juice at breakfast is not natural.
