The stay was good except housekeeping entered my room while I was out even with the do not disturb card on my door. Apparently they have a policy in place that housekeeping comes in every 3 days. The day they entered was the 2nd day. While I can appreciate the replacement towels and garbage taken out, they never should have come in my room. This policy was told to me after the fact and by the manager, not the staff checking us in. I ended up throwing out my toothbrush because you never know with people, even if management says they are great. I’m definitely not okay with how this was handled. Besides this incident, everything else was good.

Dennys free meal tickets were a plus, a hundred motel 8 guests invading the pool was a minus

The hotel looks like it hasn’t been upgraded and 30 years. We requested a room for two queen beds and a pullout sofa. They were unable to provide that and gave us a king bed and pull out which did not accommodate our family. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable or helpful.
-
The shower in my room was broken. They were booked and charged me the full amount.
-
There is another hotel in the same parking lot, so it was a little confusing
-
The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The breakfast room smelled like mold. The homeless people sleeping in the parking lot was a bummer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
-
Close to great restaurants like Atelano and Carusos and close to the freeway. Hotel seems to draw a sketchy crowd which made us feel un easy at times. Bed was comfy.

Nice little hotel. Clean and quiet.

Property was clean and well-run. The coupon for breakfast at the adjacent Denny’s was a good deal, and they had coffee, juice and several items for quick breakfasts just beside their lobby. Our only comment about this property was that the bed was desperately uncomfortable and in need of a new mattress.
-
enjoyed the vouchers for Denny's for breakfast
-
Be prepared to carry your luggage up a large flight of stairs as there are no elevators
-
Clean room and breakfast at Denny's.

The previous guest had jammed something in an outlet in our suite , causing there to be sparks and almost shock my child in the first 5 mins of walking in the room. Although the house keeping should have most definitely taken care of the situation before booking out the suite to another guest, the front desk lead/manager helped us get put into a new hotel quickly.

Older property but they're trying to keep it up. Room was clean and staff was good. Not the best location, hard to find on Google maps.

We had the option for floor 2 or 3. The kids choose 3. We had to do stairs due to no elevators but we don't mind the exercise. Very little hallway noise which was amazing. Cozy hotel, nice pool and a coupon for Dennys breakfast!

Very nice room clean comfortable with pleasant staff

The room smelled terrible of mold. The furniture (chair, headboard) had leather cracked and scuffed. Bottom of shower was extremely moldy in need of caulking. We were never told breakfast was done at 10:00 at Dennys. We were unaware the coupons for breakfast were in with hotel key. So no included breakfast. They also had told me the night before that should be no problem with early check in. That was not the case. We had told them we had a wedding to get dressed for and needed early check in. It was close to 3:00 when we finally got checked in.

Will never stay here again. A three story hotel with no elevator is a no-go for someone with knee issues.

I stayed for 4 nights so I had 4 mornings. My room wasn't serviced once in that time frame. No Coffee, coffee cups and lids, no shampoo, no soap, no fresh sheets or towels or wash cloths. Just a big nothing. The lamp on the night stand between the two beds didn't work or the bulbs were out. I asked the main counter about it and they had no answers, they said they would check next door at the Super 8 to see if they had some light bulbs but they never followed up on that, so no bedside lamp. I'm in construction so the two things that I did appreciate was the hot water for the shower and the air conditioner blew cold air. Grab and go breakfast was lacking. I wont be staying there again.
