Motel 6 Spokane, WA - East

The bed was terrible; it had huge lump in the middle and indentions on both sides. The bedding had burn holes in it. The place smelled like dog piss. The room across from us had 3 dogs that been left in the room alone and whined and barked all the time. My husband talked to the staff about it and all she said was, "I'll see what I can do" over and over again. There were several cars parked in the lot with people just sitting in them. It felt very scary.

Accessibility room was well laid out. There were no access issues. Highly recommend.

It has the funk! Might be haunted, plenty of undead milling around. I wiped my spilled beer up from the floor and left it better than the rest of the floor. No screen with open window to air the funk. Lots of annoying dogs barking. I had to force the door to open when I left to check out. Kind of scary tinking about being condemned to that room any longer than I had to be. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to evacuate for an emergency! Shower was hot with lots of flow!

Very clean and comfortable.

They did not have refrigerator, microwaves in the room like it says. Laundry room was out of order. When I asked for extra towels (there were 5 of us) was told I could only have one because they would not have enough for the next day. Beds were uncomfortable.

I’m guessing this hotel is a high traffic spot for prostitution and drug dealing. We checked in around 2:30 and left by 7:00ish. That was when people started hanging outside in the front, hallways got busy and what sounded like German Shepard began barking in the room next to us. Never experienced anything like this before.

It was clean, the bed was decent, The AC worked great, the staff were friendly and helpful (I am mobility challenged), No weird smells. There was a dog in a car barking at midnight, that stopped quickly. Not the hotels fault.

ROOM WAS CLEAN, STAFF WAS GREAT, LAUNDRY IS SPENDY.

It was very clean. Very quite. Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating house cleaning staff. Parking very convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Room was small. No refrigerator,no microwave, and noise from other guests.

Nothing, except that it had a bed. The toilet was unusable upon arrival. If you flushed the toilet it flooded the floor. We were told that WE could plunge the toilet and see if that helped, and since we did not cause the provlem, we did not feel it was our job as a customer to clean it up. The had no solution for Friday night. On Sat we were gone all day from 7 to 6 and we're told it was snaked and good to go. Walked in the toilet room and the floor was already flooded. Went to front desk and was told to throw more towels on the floor and use the toilet. They were booked and had no other rooms. We were there 2 nights and when traveling w 3 large dogs, there aren't a lot of options to finding another place to stay within our budget. Thankfully, there were useable toilets at the dog event we were attending. They were willing to give us a 20% discount. We're still discussing that. We've stayed at Motel 6 many times in various places, and you get what you pay for, but this issue beats all. AND THEY DON'T CARE!

Honestly you’ll probably be better off staying in your car. Some of the doors had questionable (bodily fluids?) liquids on them, some doors were broken where it looked like an officer kicked open the door. There’s no shampoo or anything besides towels to take a shower. The mattress and pillows were so flat it felt like sleeping in cardboard. And to top it off, some random guy started banging on our door after 9pm and wasn’t even sorry about waking the kids
