I would not stay there again. Half the outlets in our room didn't work. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so when you showered the whole room gelt like a sauna. The pool that they advertised is in a completely different hotel across the parking lot! False advertising in my opinion. There were drug addicts everywhere. Every time we left the building we were asked if we could give people money. They were even staying at the hotel. At breakfast we saw drug addicts loading up tons of food for the day. Didn't even want to go to breakfast there. Had to go else where for breakfast, which is one reason we chose this hotel. That and the pool which we didn't even use. Waste of money!

No good customer service

Carpeting was filthy. Windows were dirty. Elevator dirty. Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was at capacity due to fires in Spokane. They were kind about allowing pets with no additional fees. Could you a massive clean!!

The staff was very nice The first room bed was dipped very badly and I was laying on the coils of the mattress. The room smelled VERY bad and the carpet was stained and extremely dirty. I changed rooms the next morning. The second room bed was much better but the lamp did not plug in to the wall as the cord was not long enough, the room smelled VERY bad, there was pubic hair in the shower and left over used soap from the previous guest, the sink was slow to drain and the carpet was stained and very dirty.

Attempts to make rooms look nice. Fresh, bright curtains, clean looking new shower curtain, carpet appears somewhat recent. Dated front office. Front office staff appeared frumpy/sloppy and lacked name badges . I asked the manager who checked us in, for her name. It was Debbie. While one clerk helped a person on the phone with a reservation and said, of the girl sitting at the computer, “she don’t know nothin’ she’s new”. After a few minutes, Debbie came, almost running from an adjacent side door. She looked very unprofessional, sweating, hair needed combing, it was hanging in her face requiring her to constantly push it back. She said she was fixing something in the other room. While looking for our reservation, she was standing but leaning with forearms on desk, and said we didn’t have a reservation. I told her we had made it through Booking.com earlier in thr day so she kept looking. When she found it, she did not tell us until we asked. Then she presented us with registration forms to fill out but did only require the signature and date after also seeing that it was previously submitted. It was a longer check in process than if we had to wait in a line of half a dozen people in front of us but, we walked right up to the desk on arrival. As we finished checking in, Debbie told us there is desk coverage 24/7 and all we need to do is call or come to the desk and someone would help. So my husband needed a bottle opener for a bottle. When he took the bottle to the office, he was told they did not have the type for that bottle. There was no offer to look around or send someone to the store to buy a “church key bottle opener. We both woke up with sore backs. Since we both use c-paps, it would be advisable to have a table with lamp on both sides of the bed. Bed cover was a very wrinkled sheet. Like there had been a wrestling match o top. Loud tv next door but at least it was turned off around 10. Lastly, when I made the reservation, I wrote in the box about accommodations that I need a room on the first floor if there was no elevator.
