As soon as I told the staff, they replaced it. I wish there was a room slippers were available.

Anyone travelling with pets should be roomed on the 1st floor to avoid having to listen to a dog pacing ALL NIGHT LONG!

Traveled with 2 cats. They liked this room but wasn’t their fav. I think because it smelled a bit. I assume this was one of the designated pet rooms and they caught all the smells. The bathroom was EXTREMELY clean, we loved it. Beds were comfortable. We slept great. AC worked great. Would come back

I am a fairly severe reviewer when it comes to hotels and this is one of the best properties I've stayed at in many years. The quality of the room was very good. Little damage and quite clean. Staff could have been friendlier, but weren't rude persay, just not overly kind either. I'm planning to stay again and really dig in on this review. Usually I'm not interested in a restay, so this is a happy change. Thank you, Spokane Valley!

Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.
