Nicely kept property with a friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Surprisingly nice hotel in a great location along I-90, perfect for a road trip stop. Also fairly pricey. The rooms are clean and large. Had an issue with the smoke alarm going off when I came out of the shower due to inefficient ventilation. The breakfast was pretty good. Very reliable wifi. Overall a good experience.

Room, Bed, pillows. Heating/cooling unit in room very loud. Needs replaced or serviced.

We needed a somewhere to stay after being evacuated due to a fire in our neighborhood. Eli was very understanding and accommodating. Elliott was also very kind. We sincerely appreciated everyone and were grateful that it was one less thing that we had to worry about.

Location Pool

Put in a handicap room. Toilet seat damaged and dark ring around inside of toilet bowl. These and other issues would make me never stay here again.

Missed Breakfast, but looked like would be good, Location, Room, Staff, Parking were Great Bed wasn'r comfortable

Tv didn’t work and both people at front desk didn’t seem to worried about it as well as everyone I spoke to about canceling the next day said it would not be a problem will not stay here again and it’s too bad because usually it’s a great place but this was ridiculous

The closet set up was a little story, but workable. The staff was polite and helpful.

the sinks not being in the bathroom was odd... the light didnt stay on or wouldnt come on in the bathroom at times... too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub

Easy to get around, close to our goal, people were nice. The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel every movement my partner made.

The location was a little bit hard to get to but was able to walk to a place to eat dinner
