Horrible service. We stayed 2 nights and I will never ever again. I probably would have been better off sleeping in the car. The light above the sink did not work. Second night went to ask for clean towels and they had none and asked us to wait till someone turned some in so they can wash them. We ended up going to Walmart and getting some towels. So crazy I have never had that happen.

The room was ok, the ice machine didn’t work, breakfast was a joke, the app said they had a swimming pool, that was the sole reason I booked the room, and no swimming pool
-
Not ok. Staff was nice but the room was kinda gross
-
They try to take my money from me
-
Shower head was broken and made showering uncomfortable... it really ruined the night
-
1980's repainted hotel..... shower and bathroom was dirty and shower curtain rod was broken, bed was clean but many items in room were broken or almost broken
-
Room was decent size for the price. Walls were dirty and hair in the shower. Tv didn’t work and the sink would not drain. There were stains on the carpet. Gave my son a bath and had to wash again his feet were black after walking on carpet. Ice machine ground floor never worked. Had pancakes for breakfast no syrup, didn’t restock for bagels. Took me over 15 mins to check out as the girls at the desk very unprofessional wanted to flirt with the drunk guys while checking them in and allowing them to drink beer at the desk infront of children.

Rust around drain and faucet in tub. ADA room ? Only thing was the bar next to the toilet, bt was attached with most of the bar behind the toilet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed for a looong time. Outlet under desk was just dangling. No outlet for coffee pot. I definitely would not recommend this place.

We stayed in the two bedroom room with kitchenette. The space was large enough for our family of five especially having been displaced by wildfire. We had no problem with check-in even though we had just booked a half hour prior. The room we had was not well maintained with visible stains dripping down walls, missing electric plate covers, and holes in flooring. Within minutes my kids socks were filthy from just walking on the floor and we found a rotting blueberry in the closet. The beds looked clean so we stayed as we had no where else to go. There were only two towels for the family of five to use but we were able to get one more from the front desk who swiped it from another room.

Beds were comfortable but stains in linens, room appeared not to be cleaned as toilet, shower had residue, breakfast mediocre at best. Also disappointed that Expedia rate was 30 dollars higher than room rate when given receipt.

Dirty sheets. Dirty floor. Dirty tables. Two missing lights. Smelled like a vet clinic in the second building. Never will spend that amount of money on that place again.

We got an apartment style suite, which in itself seemed like a very good deal for the price. But the room itself smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so sticky you could hear it every step you took. The shared hallway also smelled very badly to the point our 2 year old commented “this place stinky” when we walked in. Surfaces were visibly dirty. People were sitting in the parking lot with U-Hauls when we arrived at 10pm, and people were screaming at each other through car windows when we left at 7am. The vibe was not great. It got the job done in a pinch, but in the future we will either stop in Coeur d’Alene or continue a bit further into Spokane to stay elsewhere.

Will never go back.

Nice staff, but the properties now well maintained. Very dirty, rooms smell terrible, carpets are filthy. Sketchy part of town, questionable people hang in the parking lot.
-
Was unclean, felt unsafe. Could see through crack in door. Walls obviously in need of a good clean and repair.
-
We feel more tired after having stayed there than if we’d slept in the gym. Hate to be a hater but Sadly disappointed
-
The room had mold, not only in the bathroom, but the Bible in the night stand was also moldy. We definitely look at going somewhere else first.

Registration Agent was great. The property is dated, room not overly clean. No stay over cleaning is done, I stayed six days. Easy location and not expensive, but will most likely not stay again
-
I wanted extended stay but the lady at the front desk doesn’t understand English very well so I had to check out come back the same day it’s ridiculous I’ve already paid for the room
-
Young lady at the front desk was very patient and efficient. My room was disgusting. Dirty, gross and in dire need of a remodel. I have nothing good to say about the room other than it was top floor corner so it was quiet. Guests were down eating breakfast barefoot and dirty. So I skipped that. Room had fleas or some other tiny hopping bugs. Just a negative experience.
