The room was clean and the folks working were very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. We were disappointed in no coffee maker and microwave in the room and if we wanted coffee or to heat something up we had to go downstairs to do it.

The staff were amazing. Shoutout to Kaylee, who was such a blessing helping us get checked in early after a long plane ride. All the employees we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I loved the downstairs area for hanging out. The amenities were great. I thought the pillows were awful, way too flimsy for my own personal liking.

There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise.

The bath towels are too small and not very thick. The front desk person gave us the wrong room number when we checked in. We went to that room and the key card (of course) didn't work. Fixed quickly but that was a hassle.

My room's tv setting was off and I has having trouble with it but the staff came up to the room immediately and fixed it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negatives to our stay was the breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. Besides that everything was top notch.

There was a huge group of high school athletes also staying on property and they were very kind and respectful. There was a fun gaming area in lobby for them to play pool with a huge connect 4 game.
