Breakfast was good

Clean, comfortable and they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Breakfast was delicious. Kid friendly! Love the snack area in case you want something you don’t have to leave the hotel. Staff was amazing! Check in and check out with no problems:)

We had a very nice stay. Clean rooms and amenity areas were nice. We had good breakfasts each morning. Only thing that needed to be remedied was the pancake making machine. It was often not filled or not working properly. Not that big of a deal though.

Loved the location. It is a great place to stay if you have kids. There really isn’t anything that I didn’t like

The staff was friendly on top of everything. Breakfast was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed knowing everyone’s name and we met a set of brothers and everyone was on top of everything at every moment of the day. Thank you for having an amazing staff in this hotel.

I liked the facilities and the beds, but the pillows flatten quickly. We had a view this time. That I felt as though Booking.com had deliberately concealed the pet fee. I restarted the booking several times to find a pet fee, yet I was unable to find one and was unaware of one until I was checking in, although I'd paid online specifically to be sure it was covered. I'm off to Trivago.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very impressed. The breakfast was delicious, nutritious and the selection was awesome!! This chain has become our favorite and we can’t wait to stay there again!!

For the price, there were only basic amenities. In the Wi-Fi controls, a few things did not work properly. The shades which were lowered and raised by chains were broken. The breakfast was very minimal at best. The good part, it was rather clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
