Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and pool was great. Breakfast was much better when they had the buffet, nice selection and enjoyed much more than ordering from the menu.

Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. We didn’t use the pool but seemed well maintained. We love the convenience and setting of the place, quiet despite the location is sandwiched by busy roads. However the front desk manager was so rude giving the worst vibes like he doesn’t understand how customer service works, arrogant, condescending, I don’t know what he was judging against but left me very bad impression for this stay.

The room was clean, making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offered great meal choices and the staff was attentive and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Great place!!

Beautiful grounds with great pool and outdoor seating to enjoy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities.

Breakfast vouchers were nice; however, only was able to use them for 1 of the 2 mornings we were there. Front staff didn't advise us that the breakfast is only open until 9am, so we missed out on our second day.

The restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly. My room was ready when I arrived and clean. I used the laundry and it met my needs. Parking was convenient.

We enjoyed the property and the staff were amazing. I choose the hotel because of its location and it was perfect for our business needs. I would choose the hotel again when we travel to Spokane. The hotel is coping with some issues resulting from aging infrastructure, our room's air conditioning wasn't working and apparently the engineers are working through all of that. To their credit, we were swiftly moved to another room and were quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast was above others.

The breakfast was bland and awful but the hotel room was very clean and the staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly.
