Nice kitchenette with basic needs for cooking (plates, cups, utensils, etc. Room was clean. Limited coffee and sugar, creamer in the room. Very little coffee essentials in the lobby sitting area. Remote was broken in the room. Very nice staff.

Our room wasn’t ready at 7:30pm. Excuse. Housekeeping had a family emergency. The TV in the room we were given, we had to reprogram to get it to work. Plus side, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had.

Room smelled like it was not clean before renting it out. the side of the one of the beds and the walls had dog hairs. On the second dag, I requested to have the room clean but nobody came to clean.

Location was nice and first impression of the building was cute The free coffee was cold and no cream or milk on hand. The desk person was a new employee and couldn’t help us with much. She didn’t have the knowledge or keys till owner came in. I made reservations and paid for the room. The number one reason I picked this property was because This property is pet friendly pets are welcome. We were evacuated because of a fire we packed everything up including my cat. When we got there we were asked if we had a pet ,I said yes, she asked what type of pet, I said a cat and she said we don’t take cats. And kicked us out. She didn’t even try to help me with a refund. I went to the car and found someone to take my car so we could stay. The bathroom floor around the toilet had a dark chunky spot on it and around the toilet on the floor was blood.

Price - cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. People - nice enough people but it seemed like only one person was at the front desk at any one time and they had multiple duties to do. The afternoon/evening manager did find us a room close to the back door for easy access outside for our old dog. Sound deadening - considering this hotel is about 50’ from I-90 and we were in the second to last room from it, thee was very little freeway noise. The builder did a great job of insulating it from noise. Decent bed - we prefer a king bed and they had none that showed on line, but it was still relatively comfortable. Painters tape on fire alarm - not sure if this is a minus, but I can only guess this was placed by either a staff member or guest to prevent the alarm from ringing whenever someone was cooking in the room. Seems like it’s also a serious safety hazard in case of a real fire. Back door - We discovered immediately that the back door facing the freeway would not open with the key card. Everyone just propped it open with a rock, which isn’t necessarily bad if you’re going for a quick smoke or taking your dog for a quick potty break, but one day it was propped open all morning. Definitely not secure. We were told it would be reported to security, but most likely it’s been that way for years. No internet - Ever, not once during our stay was it functional. Again, the front desk manager said something would be done, but it never was. No tv guide or directions - A minor problem, but we had to play remote roulette to find channels we wanted to watch. A simple printed channel guide would have been extremely helpful. Cleanliness - I called ahead to get a room on the 1st floor as our old dog doesn’t do stairs and doesn’t like elevators. The previous guests were late in leaving but they still had at least four hours before we arrived. The room had been vacuumed, bed made and bathroom cleaned but the night stands hadn’t been wiped down from the previous guests and they were pretty bad. They need to do better, even with short notice. Outside grounds - not well taken care of, especially when you look at the surrounding properties.

Location was perfect for Gonzaga graduation Hall carpets were filthy. Inside carpet were OK. New vinyl is great plan. Able to clean easily.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

There was no breakfast. Only coffee. No cups or condiments were provided. Only stirrers. Places for them but all empty. Desk people were great. Cream and sugar and cups for coffee

The person who checked me in was short and rude. There was a large and very aggressive dog across from my Dads room. And you couldn’t tell how many people were staying in that room. I was only there for 12 hours and saw 7 different people. The final straw I asked for an extra blanket for my elderly father and the VERY rude manager said he would get one for my Dad and asked for his room. And NEVER brought him the blanket. It was a VERY VERY bad experience.

The lady at the front desk was excellent at resolving my issues and refunding me so I could move to another motel.
