The entire hotel was so clean. I was very pleased. There was never a moment someone wasnt at the front desk. We were told to enjoy our time and then welcomed back every time we arrived again. Fresh cookies and fruit in the lobby. Breakfast was amazing and replenished non stop.

Somewhat more upscale than other Hamptons I’ve stayed at in the past. Very friendly staff. One of our rooms was a suite and we were able to enjoy time with family. Breakfast was the usual, but well maintained and the attendant was very efficient.

Hampton Inn met all our expectations. We travel to Silverwood each year and have stayed at numerous different hotels. Hampton Inn was considered the favorite amongst the other hotels we have stayed at. The staff did an excellent job as their entire computer/reservation system had a complete failure just before we arrived. The staff was able work around the issue and still get our room keys in a timely manner. Room size was exceptional. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had four sets of towels in our room which is rarity at other hotels without asking. Breakfast was good but similar to other Contintenal breakfasts we have had. The coffee was exceptional though in comparison. Location was great for easy access to the freeway. Honestly there was very little we did not like. The few minor things were the toilet paper was single ply and a bit rough. The fitted sheets kept coming off the bed. The freeway noise can be a little distracting however our room was good. A room closer to the freeway might have been different. Lack of restaurants nearby was surprising however nothing the Hampton Inn can do about that.

It was clean Rude staff

There was not any place to hang up my dress. The chair was warn and old looking, there was a stain on the carpet and the toilet paper holder is broken. You have a cheap vinyl headboard for a room that goes for well over 200 dollars a night.
