Bad service grumpy woman

The first room I was assigned did not seem clean and smelled of cigarette smoke and spray perfume so bad that I asked for a different room. The staff was very apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. The second room was very clean but the deadbolt would not lock. To go to the office you had to walk through a smoking area right outside the office door. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. There isn’t any coffee maker in the room nor is there anything offered in the office. Each room has a kitchenette but there aren’t any supplies like plates or silverware or pots and pans. If you just need a place to crash for the night it would work well for the price.

Good part location… but definitely not a family hotel nor to stay for vacations

The place feels more like a cheap rundown apartment complex, there are obviously guest living there. States no pets allowed, but that policy is ignored. Key card locked stairwell doors weren’t working so there’s no security. We stayed here at a desperation due to wildfire evacuation; would never stay here again.

We were under evacuation from fire and were very grateful to get a room there

Bedbug! Bedbug! No refund by unhelpful manage. No ice, no lightbulb.

Property was gross. Pictures online looked NOTHING like the room. Dingy, dark. Absolutely stank of stale cigarettes. Expressed my frustration of being duped to the manager through Expedia app and was disregarded. Felt more like an argument or her trying to prove a point than helpful. Would not provide refund for the first night although I was very upset and shocked by conditions. I’m sure there will be a similar response to this review. Anyway- drove 5 hours and didn’t feel safe at the property so had to stop several hundred dollars to stay elsewhere and couldn’t even get a refund for sheer dissatisfaction and false advertising.

They still accommodate us even after hours office. The first room we were given was very messy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We asked the staff to check, and they eventually moved us to a different room. It was already past 2:00 AM, and after such a long drive, all we wanted was to get some sleep. While they did resolve the issue, simple mistakes like this can really make a stay unpleasant.

First off the people living there hanging out and smoking outside the front office were nasty! Some were clearly on drugs and making out for everyone to see. And don't even get me started on the prostitute that came out of one of the rooms. The room itself was nasty! Floors clearly haven't been moped in weeks, dirty used socks left by the bed, and the entire room smelled like dirty fryer oil. (We had a room with a stovetop) The smell was so bad all my clothes ended up stinking like the room. AND our front door didn't lock properly we had some random guy walk into our room while we were sleeping.I do not recommend at all.
