The room and people are great! Loved the happy hour and breakfast . Great location for families . The pool water needed some filtering but we swam anyway. Great stay! We will stay again .

Hot tub, spa and say a all barely working correctly or not at all. Room hadn't been cleaned, just bed made and towels replenished. Breakfast was AMAZING! Grossed out by the poopy finger prints in bathroom door (no sink in bathroom). Trash on floor. Neighbor room smoking pot which stunk up our room that we paid over $300 for. We wouldn't go back.

Second weekend stay at this great hotel! Love the location and everything offered, amenities. I found the room to be a bit dusty and could have been vacuumed a bit better, maybe a 'one off'? Anyways, we would stay again :)

Staff were very friendly, quick check-in, clean hotel and room, and great breakfast buffet. We did not have the opportunity to try the evening happy hour as we were there for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful place to stay.

Nothing. The seems to allow "Finders Keepers" when it comes to guest personal items that are accidentally left behind. Staff uses a third party "lost and found" system to avoid complaints and allow potential theft of guest valueables.
