Ruby River Hotel Downtown Spokane

They were so busy with hoopfest but everyone was nice, helpful and the rooms were clean

Was nice but didn’t really use amenities since I was sick

It was a nice stay with helpful staff on a very busy weekend in Spokane.

The property is doing a lot of upgrades and we were very impressed. The outdoor terrace and pool area are stunning and a wonderful place to just hang out and relax. The rooms were clean and had been updated with a modern look. They are definitely making big changes as one area outside was completely under construction - looks like they are expanding their outdoor area. The location is right on a path along the river - we loved meeting up with family newly transplanted to Spokane and meandering around the area on foot. We only stayed one night but can't wait to come back for a longer visit and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and in a gorgeous, safe neighborhood. We felt comfortable walking around the area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again!

The pool was a huge hit for the kids, cabanas and pool chairs for the adults. Activities for kids on the property were great and room was spacious, staff helpful and friendly.

Clean rooms. You can tell by the exterior, immediately, this hotel takes really good care of their property. Offers a bar, pool, restaurant. Clean rooms, clean towels, clean linens. Sits right next to a beautiful greenway on the river.

This hotel was very nice and exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night and wished it could have been longer.

The staff is super friendly and the pool area next to the river is awesome. So close to Gonzaga University. Great restaurant and outdoor patio. We loved our stay except we happened to have early morning noise above us for hours. Either a laundry/clean supply room was above us or a guest was pacing a lot and it made the ceiling creak along with the footsteps. Loved having a poolside room to sit outside but might want to request a 2nd floor room to avoid overhead noise, or perhaps we were just unlucky. I would not accept room 302 because it is right next to the exit door and the exit door to the pool. Both doors opening and shutting were very easily heard from our room. All that said, I will stay again and just ask for a quieter positioned room.

I was really pleasantly surprised about how nice this hotel was the price that we paid was super reasonable. The food was great. The staff was great. The rooms were awesome in the pool was exactly what we needed on a hot afternoon. I would come back again.

Great friendly hotel with a great restaurant and bar, so walkable to everything!

The hotel was clean, staff useful and they had a nice, and clean pool. There is a nice restaurant close to the hotel to grab a nice breakfast. One problem though were the beds, they weren’t soft, but overall the hotel is very nice.
