Cable Mountain Lodge

The hotel was perfect. It is located at the entrance of Zion, right at the 1st bus stop to to take you to any of the hikes or trails. You received a discount in the restaurants and stores on the premise. Also, if you needed to rent equipment or bikes that too was discounted and was right at the entrance. It was clean and staff available if you needed anything. Was perfect!

Beautiful with great amenities! Wonderful property with easy access to Zion

We loved everything about our stay and our suite. We had a great time & we loved how everything was within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, and bars were ridiculously nearby. This was our 2nd stay here & plan to come back again in the future

Stunning property. Front desk personnel were exceptional. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, well ventilated with large ceiling fans. Walking distance to a few restaurants, gear rental, corner store, and gift shops. Wildlife steps from the door. Would stay here in a heartbeat, my only complaint is on me for not staying longer.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very unpleasant surprise when we arrived. After already paying for our hotel, we were told we had to pay $100 per person to get through the gate and access our accommodations. For our family, that meant an unexpected $300, plus an additional $35 fee. We were completely shocked. This was not a small incidental charge—it was hundreds of dollars in additional costs simply to reach a hotel we had already booked and paid for. Most frustrating was that this was not clearly communicated to us beforehand. By the time we learned about the charge, we had travelled to Zion, had a prepaid reservation, and were standing at the gate with little choice but to pay. The lodge and location were wonderful, but guests should be clearly informed of substantial additional access costs before booking, not when they arrive. This lack of transparency unfortunately left a very negative impression on an otherwise great stay.

The property is at the base of the Watchman with the Virgin River running along the property. It is absolutely beautiful. We booked a suite with a king bed. The room was huge! There is an entry way with a bench and coat closet. The entry opens up to a living room with couch and tv. Off the living room, there is a huge kitchen and dining table. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, sink, stovetop and microwave. The bedroom was also spacious. The room was clean, well decorated, and cozy. Overall, we loved the location and room. The price was on the higher end, but worth the price for the views and location.

This property was amazing on every level. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful, the pool and other amenities were nice and the location and views were unbeatable. If I ever come back to Springdale, I will definitely stay here again!

This place was INCREDIBLE!!! Very spacious (we had a family suite-kids stayed on sleeper sofa, we had a separated room!), CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and beyond convenient to access Zion (a walk across the parking lot) and the outfitters to rent gear for the Narrows (across the parking lot). Our car was parked for 3 days and we just walked and took shuttles-it was worth every penny to be able to enjoy/relax! I will 100% stay here again and recommend this place to everybody who asks! Everything was above and beyond what I expected it to be-way better than the pictures and descriptions. Service was incredible, people were friendly and helpful, the location was outstanding. Thank you for an unbelievable experience!

The hotel and rooms, so clean, so comfortable and felt like a whole home not a hotel at all. Perfect getaway destination! The proximity to the state park and the town was impeccable and so perfect. I could explore the park and then head into town for food or hangout and relax! I feel everyone needs to stay here at least once! I do warn you once you do, you will be returning!

Location was the best! Room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities. it’s a bit dated is all, almost time for a remodel.

Booked here for the location right outside Zion. Everything exceeded my expectations. Nice suites with great views, good pool, excellent amenities on site with restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream shop and market. Super convienent location and staff were very helpful

This was the perfect location for a stay in Zion. It is a very short walk to the park entrance, but also easily accessible to everything in town. There is even a grocery store, pub & gear rental shop in the same little "village". We had the suite that included a murphy bed. It was a great arrangement for our family, giving everyone a comfortable place to sleep. Having the kitchen (w/ full size fridge and a stove) makes an early breakfast and packing lunch for the day a breeze. Everything was VERY clean. There is a laundry area that's easily accessible. The pool was nice as well! Easilty one of the best places we've stayed!
