Flanigan's Resort and Spa

Flanigan's was the perfect respite while vacationing in Zion. The pool and hot tub made for a great afternoon or late evening escape. The property is well-located to both town and the Park, and is very well kept up. Enjoyed our time immensely.

Didn’t have power for a few hours which isn’t there fault but the place is beautiful with birds and wildlife everywhere. Room smelled wonderful

When picking Flanagans, we were concerned about shuttle service, crowds, delays… We were lucky enough to go in late August when there were very little crowds. We were able to walk or even park at visitor center. However, if it had been crowded. Flannigan’s is a perfect location to walk to everything and avoid Springdale shuttles. Hotel was amazing – super clean, great pool, large double queen room, great restaurant, very friendly, helpful staff… Loved it would return again in a heartbeat.

Great location, spa was great and staff there is amazing. The only thing I did not like was the AC unit on the balcony. Takes away from peaceful morning coffee on the balcony. Over all a great place.

The location was perfect. We was walking distance to the shuttleand only five minutes from the park. The rooms are super clean. The area was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and the views were amazing! The pool was nice and refreshing during the heatwave! The room was very up to date and clean! Our only complaint was that there was no microwave in the room. We visited the spa for a couples massage during our stay, 10/10 would definitely recommend! Overall great place to get away and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings!

Lots of details paid attention to at our stay! Will go back again for sure ! Close to the park, quiet pool was great! Lot of adults! Great dinner at spotted dog!

This was a beautiful property! The hot tub was great! Parking on site, great restaurant & hiking trail! The pool surface does need to be redone and the pool decking also as it got too hot to walk on.

The only slight downsides to consider: 1. there were no black out blinds on the balcony door so the room was a bit bright in the morning. 2. The restaurant is closed for breakfast (and lunch) so there’s no easy breakfast options. The market next door has breakfast to-go but it would have been nice to have a sit down option. We did have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent (but expensive). Overall we were very impressed and loved our stay!

Beautiful view, nice pool and clean hot tub. Great family atmosphere and location. Everything was great.

Very pleasant and lush foliage on the property. The restaurant was very good, BUT it was only open for dinner. The only (and very annoying) problem was that it was closed for breakfast and lunch), so we walked a good half mile to their recommended breakfast location (About a half mile each way).
