Nice place for couple of days visit

Great value

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after my last stay in Springfield at a Wyndham property. It was located in a perfect spot for traveling by car to DC or to take the metrorail; daily breakfast was a great start to our day; my nephew enjoyed the pool when we were not out and about; restaurants and stores were all close by as well as the Springfield Mall; staff was very friendly and informative and room was spacious and comfortable. For the money spent I felt that I got exactly what I needed and my stay was enjoyable as a result. I didn't like the coffee at all. It was too strong for me personally and there wasn't enough options. A coffee station with Keurig cups perhaps.

Over priced for the facility

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL, DATED, AND NOT CLEAN! BATHROOM HAD A MOLDY TUB MAT OVER THE EDGE TO BE USED. FLOOR WAS DIRTY. DIRT IN THE SHOWER AND OTHER PEOPLES HAIR. BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS OVERALL SMALL. THINGS WERE VERY DATED. ROOM COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Washington, DC area while avoiding downtown traffic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and the food quality was very good The breakfast area became quite crowded, and some guests left their trays and garbage on the tables or floor, making it harder for the staff to keep up. Also, with only two elevators serving the hotel, there could be long waits during peak hours, especially in the morning and at check-in/check-out times.

Easy to get to, parking, clean and friendly service! The breakfast was awesome with a lot of options! Best one I’ve had in quite some time! A great cup of coffee as well - fresh ground ….

I only stayed one night but it seemed safe. It was conveniently located near the highway and food.

The staff there is super sweet and helpful. They accommodated us really well and everyone was friendly as well! The breakfast was also really nice and a lot of variety.

Our room was good, breakfast was good, staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel had numerous events happening while we were there and seemed to handle the attendees well. We had no problems or issues while there for 5 nights.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with my two girls and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff are super helpful! The shuttle service is super convenient and we use them every day to/from the metro station. Breakfast is amazing! We will stay there again when we visit DC again.

Staff were nice and friendly but property was not good room small tv old school ,water dispenser thing rarely works ,there was no mini microwave not mini fridge in the room the towels were questionable
