The property was prime location close to everything. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I had no things I disliked. I did request extra blankets that were brought up to the room within minutes, but that was a personal preference

Hotel smelled like marijuana multiple days. Informed the staff but they said “they could do nothing about it.” Room had a faint smell of urine. No where to sit outside except for a turn around. The hotel is in a great location.

During a nationwide outage of their room management systems, the front desk staff managed to check everyone in quickly with paper and pencil. They then walked people up to their rooms and let them in. They were gracious and helpful. Many other Hilton’s weren’t good according to Reddit.
