Tv had lights in the screen. The front desk said they would send someone to look at it they never did.

I don’t think I liked anything about the place because the staff was so rude.

The place is not clean, smokers by the entrance pollute the air that all guests inhale when entering the building, dogs in the elevator make the ride uncomfortable. Basic necessities like shampoo and conditioner are not supplied in the bathroom. Will not stay there again.

I LOVE the fact that my dog stayed for FREE!!! The staff was very friendly. When I had to extend my stay they were more helpful…

Ok for one night stay. They allow dogs for free. Had a funky odor. The room was constantly damp/humid despite having the AC on. Asked multiple time to reduce our number of nights by a night because it wasn’t very comfortable, but management never responded.

I asked for a non smoking room but I got a room that was filled with smoke from the previous occupants . It was so smelly that I woke up with a headache. I’m surprised you even allow smoking in your rooms. Too smoky

Location and price The room we booked was a king size bed but as soon as we turned the light on for the bathroom it made a horrible screaming sound, had to change rooms only thing available was a double bed. Then the 2nd night we had some guy banging on my door for over a hr and trying to get inside.

There were a few minor downsides. The sofa in the room was partially broken and could use replacing. The elevator was quite slow, especially during busy times. Parking was fine and convenient enough. Overall, a good hotel with comfortable rooms and a restful atmosphere. I'd consider staying here again.
