Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!

A great place to stay on a government budget

Lovely place. Very clean

I the property needs renovation equipment, failures, air conditioner, went out twice. Leak from the ceiling in the bathroom previous leak in the room and patched terribly. I would not recommend this hotel the front desk. Attempted to rectify, but could not due to the room being occupied, and no other rooms were available to move.

Everything was great!! No issues at all.

Clean. Very comfortable beds. Great staff. Easy checkin. However, the fitness room was lame. One 5 pound dumbbell. No other weights. Oooffff.

The property needs a little tlc. Not bad but just some minor furniture and cosmetic updates. Parking could be a challenge as they share a lot with adjacent hotel. Only stayed one night so wasn't looking for that I cant wait to get back to room property

Check in took a very long time. The room was ok, the bed and bedding were comfortable. The battery on my door was low so it locked me out and left me unable to get in. I asked a housekeeper for help, she didn't speak enough English to help. When I went to the front desk, I was stuck in the elevator between floors. A maint. person went to the room, didn't have his key, so he had to come back, we did get the door opened, but someone had to come change the batteries in the lock. I ended up going up and down the stairs four times to the 3rd floor. As I was in my room, waiting for the door to be fixed. Someone came back and was trying to get the lock opened. They never knocked to say it was them, they just tried to gain access. This made me very uncomfortable that they would not knock first. I had been dressing to leave, it could have been terrible had the door lock worked. The first night there was a homeless man, that made me uncomfortable and tried to get me to go into a dark area to give him and his brother some money. They did call the police. Once the lock was fixed, I told the maint person, I was late, and I would pick up the key at the desk when I returned. When I returned hours later and got the key, she would only give me one, and guess what? It didn't work either, so I had to go back to the desk another time. They were supposed to change my room, but they didn't. I ended up staying in the same room, that I was worried about being locked out again. They didn't change it

No swimming pool for the grandkids!

Good hotel, great location near shopping plazas. The hotel room was very good, although the air conditioner was noisy. Good breakfast included in the price. Although advertised as having a swimming pool, the pool was closed for repairs when we were there, which was unfortunate because the weather was very hot.

Clean room and very convenient

Wingate would not give Wyndham reward points since hotel was booked through Hotels.com

The facilities was very quiet and close to the Interstate I think the room paint can be touched up

The housekeeping staff was excellent. They were so accommodating. The graveyard frontdesk female worker needs to be replaced. Her demeanor and rudness will hurt business!

It was quiet. The hallways are hot. There are ceiling panels missing. The door into the room does not open all the way. The king bed is 8-10" too tall. The bathroom sink is cracked. The $50 per night pet fee is exorbitant. The night manager tried to justify the expense by saying the hotel next door is $75 per night pet fee. The coffee was very good. The shower nozzle is old, clogged with lime, and funky. The water pressure is decent. The parking lot entrance was locked and there was no key pad for guests to use for entry after hours. I am not very happy with your property and do not recommend it.
