Hotel Belvoir Springfield

Very clean room and the staff was very polite and very professional. Breakfast was good. Parking was great. It was very good experience this time there was no issue at all.

Customer service and housekeeping Staff provided excellent service. The room was clean. Perfect stay and short commute to and from DC. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the staff serving breakfast were also very kind and welcoming. There is no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a problem for us because they have one available in the lobby. Everything was convenient and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding customer service! Kudos to Fifi and Tee for always being so welcoming at breakfast. A traditional hot breakfast buffet is rare these days. Kudos also to housekeeping for consistent high quality cleaning (three stays over the past three months and each time cleaning, particularly the bathrooms, was excellent). Some have commented that the rooms are small. One benefit of older construction is that the rooms are virtually soundproof! Highly recommend for travelers wanting a good night's rest!

Excellent value for money. Former Hilton aged out of the brand, but still well run and tidy.

We were here with our family reunion. The hotel was packed. Only one elevator was working. All the rest were out of service. The stairwells didn’t take you to the lobby but outside toward the back/side of the hotel. One exit at the bottom of the stairs said the alarm will sound if we opened the door so we went back upstairs. We were late for our banquet because we couldn’t get to the lobby!

Hotel Belvoir was a beautiful property. It had all of the amenities that every hotel does and was quieter than I expected, being so close to interstates and major thoroughfares. While it was beautiful, there definitely is room for upgrades and improvements. Upon inspection of the bathroom, I noticed a large crack and a couple of chips on the counter. I did immediately report this to the front desk staff to ensure I would not be charged for these damages. The front desk worker took note and assured me I would not be, and as of today (8/4/26), I have not been. He did offer me another room; however, I declined as it was not that big of a deal to me. On another note, it was super convenient that I was able to charge my meal and snacks to my room (with my card on file). The breakfast on both mornings was delicious and the staff welcoming. Overall, I do not have any complaints and would stay again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. We were frustrated that only one elevator was working. The view from our room was really good -we were on the 9th floor. The breakfast was good. If we go back up to that area again, we will stay here again.
