We were a little unsettled this trip. We called the hotel stating we need a room looking at the parking lot because we are on motorcycles. 2). There are 2 lights out in the back parking lot which made it very dark. 3). There was a car that came in very late with lights off parked between 2 trucks couldn't get out so it was a drug deal or prostitution. Then the car left with light still off. Then when that building opens you don't who be in the parking lot. I don't know if we will be back. Or maybe they can give 2 car parking spots and make motorcycle parking. I think they should have cops patrol to make the rift raft stay away.

Everything good here. Very spacious rooms with 2 bedroom options and full fridge not mini one. Good for families and anyone traveling with a dog or cat. Good location.

The staff and location was perfect! It could have been more quiet after 11pm in the halls.

It is worn. About time for a refurb. But it is acceptable.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and apologetic for the elevator issue. The room itself was ok, but definitely needs some maintenance. One of the bedroom door was missing the internal mechanism on the door handle, and some of the outlets were loose from the wall and you could see the electrical wires. Luckily we only had to stay for one night-and my mother had to tackle those stairs only once. Unfortunately, this won’t be a place I stay a second time.

THE OVER PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE

I stayed there to enjoy the Washington DC festivities for the Fourth of July weekend. It’s in a great location close to the metro station and has many, many restaurants and stores nearby. My room was perfectly suitable, no complaints about it, except they did not have housekeeping in the day of the holiday so their workers could have the day off, which I thought was perfectly fine, but then housekeeping did not come the following day either, we just got skipped in advertently. I was able to get the fresh towels I needed though. breakfast was good with decent offerings. I did not use the pool, but it appeared small and cramped. I would stay there again based on the location and the room, I felt it was a good value for the price.

The staff was very helpful and there were many useful features for the rooms. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service the entire week we were there, in a 3rd floor room. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. We also noted one of the bedroom doors stuck and would not close all the way. The dresser drawers similarly had issues and did not open/close all the way. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week in the DC area, and we would stay again.

Myself and my family stayed for July 4th. Great place to stay and great people working there from the front desk to the cleaning staff!

Our initial room, had an air conditioner leak, leaving the floor sopping wet unfortunately. They immediately moved us to another room. This room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to get in and out of DC. The hotel’s breakfast was a pleasant buffet (pretty sure we gained weight) and the cookies were delicious! Having a washer and dryer on premises was a BONUS! We came home with clean clothes. Overall, it was lovely. The rooms are a bit in need of renovation, not bad just needs to be updated. Ex: light bulb attachment missing from ceiling, paint chipping from the recently painted doors, not having enough pillows, towels for party of 4. The towels and pillows were rectified easily. The staff were super friendly!

The woman at check in on Monday night was surly and very slow to check us in. Not the usual friendly person at the desk.

This hotel was in a great location in proximity to many different destinations, so we had a lot of options. The breakfast was great, but there were a lot of people. The pool and pool area was a little small with how booked out the hotel was and extremely chlorinated. We enjoyed the coffee and water convenience in the lobby area. Housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed and they were very sweet ladies. The only thing not provided was dish soap to clean dishes in the suite, but I had packed my own. We did utilize the sofa bed and it was not comfortable at all. It seemed extremely worn down and in my opinion needs to be replaced. Not sure if this is all of them or just our room. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we would stay here again.
