Very close to the water and shops . Staff very helpful. Definitely a good breakfast. The parking lot has issues lots of rocks that were uneven ankle twisters .

Great property right in the center of Charleston Harbour. We had a room with Harborview and loved it! Breakfast was awesome, and staff was super helpful and friendly. We hope to stay here again, and we recommend this property to family and friends! We liked everything.

Generous room with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Perfect location next to the harbour. Good restaurant and freshly made breakfast. Friendly staff. The windows in the room are a bit outdated and badly isolated with cold coming in, also shaking with respective sounds at night.

I was put in an annex which is nowhere near as spacious or comfortable as the main building, had I known this would be the case before I arrived I would have cancelled the booking.

Food and staff

Small, pub atmosphere. A little loud and small, but comfortable and slept well with earplugs.
-
Convenient to restaurants It was a little smaller and tired than had thought

We were not told that the accomodation was in an anex which ment that this not easy for my disabled wife to walk to when we arrive and obviously to get evening and breakfast meals. In addition the sound profing was poor. It was such a shame as your staff are billient I would book again but only if we could be reassured that we had accommodation in the main body of the building.

Staff, beds, food, location, breakfast- these were all so incredible. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and the level of service we received throughout our trip / exceptional. Also the beds were so comfortable - we slept so well! The facilities need a bit of an update but I know this is planned from our conversations with the staff.

Very good location

Centrally located in the village, easy access to the harbour and local shops.. I travel a lot with business and compared to a Moxy or Premier inn the room was very cramped.. They only provided one tea bag, that didn't go down well with the wife in the morning, the curtains didn't fit well and let so much light in from 6am onwards, the worst part was the Toilet cistern continued to fill all night every 10 mins, and as the room was so small it was difficult to sleep with the noise.. Breakfast was also minimalist compared with the afore mentioned Premier inn or Moxy hotels.. not a great experience overall..
