On a busy road. Not much in a walkable distance.

This was above a pub correct but when you can hear people talk under the bed like they are in the room with you this was not going to be a good stay as we paid to sleep.we did not stay more than 20 mins as we were told the football was on later and its going to be on the lounder site of things . nothing.

The member of that greeted us was very welcoming and helpful. The room was good for the money and clean. In the back room where we stayed there was a humming noise going in and off all night.

All the sheets and towels were clearly past their due date. The bed was broken, the shower was broken, the towel rack was broken, the faucet dripped, the toilet ran - all of these things could be fixed! It makes no sense to not fix them if you’re going to take customers. I wish they had been more honest about how far they were from coffee and food.

Conveniently located on our drive towards Plymouth. Not exactly a destination stop, yet al was comfortable and clean, good value. Locals in the pub downstairs very welcoming and wondering how we came to there. Gained 2 excellent recommendations for visiting beach towns on our way to Plymouth that otherwise would have missed. Good value nothing not to like

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The view of the roof & back patio was not super. The Friday night noise from the pub was a bit loud but not terrible. The view but not much to be done about it.

No washcloth when asked if i could get one i was told they do not have any. So bring your own. The kettle did not work only found out last morning as i waited to leave.
