Food. Transport possibilities to and from airport and city. The taxi is super expensive and the hotel has no transport back and forth to the train station 2 min down the road, so if you want to save some money on transport you have to walk ~20min to the train. No shop to get essentials in the hotel, the closest supermarket is around the train station. Seems like the hotel is for people who get there by car or rental car.

The hotel is lovely and has a beautiful beach, breakfast is nice, 2 pools - one is salt water The rooms are comfortable The hotel has no shuttles

Rooms were clean, albeit on the smaller size for the triple room. Awesome bathroom. Choice of pools and good views. A great place if you’re looking for chill vibes. Helpful staff, especially Salvo, with questions and needs at the front desk. On site doctor and pharmacy for reassurance. Small towns are walkable distance if you don’t have a car and wish to explore beyond the property. The ridiculous split between regular paying tourists and ‘D club’ - if you want somewhere exclusively for particular clients then make it an exclusive venue.
-
Nice view over the sea from the windows and terrace. The dinner, included in the half board, was surprisingly good, and a bottle of local white wine was included. The breakfast could be better. There is no heating in the bathroom in the villa (matters only if you visit in winter or early spring).
-
It was late in the season so some services were not available, but we loved our stay.
-
The hotel’s location near the water is its only real advantage. The property itself is old, dusty, and shows significant wear and mold. If you value cleanliness and modern comfort, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
-
Cleanliness, location, view, amenities. The breakfast was not great.

The services could be improved by the following; - iron availability, not just a service but there should be an iron at the property your room can request to iron items last minute, typical at any hotel/resort etc - valet service to parking lot, we are on vacation we should be able to have someone go get our car that is parked in off property lot instead of walking on busy road - food service to chairs at pool, not relaxing to ask everyone to have to sit at the restaurant to eat, and not be able to get service to your chair (most beach clubs even offer this in Europe) - towel service at pool is ridiculous, giving people 1 towel to drag around with them all day
-
Didn’t like sitting next to special members and special treatment for them. Including special areas exclusive to special group. Parking was too far away and costly

The view is stunning! The restaurant down by the pool was absolutely delicious! (I believe it’s called beach club … We ate there multiple times because it was so good! The staff at Zagarella is very kind and accommodating! They have shows every night! Also worth noting, they have a pharmacy and doctor on the property incase you need it. (Limited hours) There are so many stairs! I think i counted 94 stairs to get from the top family pool area, to the bottom pool area that had the beach restaurant. We had our 6 month old baby with us so it was a lot trying to get up and down! The outdoor pool area and rooms seem like they are getting a little old, but they everything was clean.

Incredible location . Great facility . Great staff I wish they wouldn’t charge to park a car in the parking lot . Only place I know guest pay to park their car.

Rooms and facilities were lovely. As it was the start of the season it was nice and quiet and we could easily use what we wanted. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Cold options were okay, warm options were cold the first day and didn’t try after that.
-
Facilities were good. Next to the sea. Beautiful scenic location Staff doesn't know English. Don't go out of the way to help. Middle of nowhere. Taxis not available. What ever hotel arrange are expensive
-
No drinking water fountain. Fruit flies in breakfast room. Some food trays are empty. No paper cups or Foam cups for coffee to take to room. For the price they charge Amenities should be better. Most patio Pool area is blocked for exclusive members.
-
