I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was very satisfied with the accommodation — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was good with a great variety of options. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

i had my own bed as was sharing room. It was easy to come and go but secure. everything needed for our stay was available . Breakfast was good, staff great and helpful. very good location, I really loved my time in this hotel. Got good information

Lovely clean and comfortable BnB. Adrian very welcoming. 11am check in so we could enjoy a full day in StIves. Easy parking and access into StIves, busses pass by if you want to leave the car. Nothing!

The view was amazing, Adrian was welcoming and made our stay enjoyable, they had the most quaint teapots, and a different one each morning for each table. The rooms were beautifully decorated and felt quite cozy. We absolutely loved the place. The television was a bit small.

The location was perfect only a 3min train ride from the centre of st Ives,Adrian the proprietor was fantastic knowledgeable of the local area and a great host,the room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean,the binoculars in the room was a nice touch,the room was modern very clean and tidy,we are going back again and recommend anyone else to do the same,fantastic ??

Adrian and Craig were really welcoming, and the accommodation itself is quite comfortable to stay with. It's also clean and refreshing to look at. Would love to stay with them again if given the chance

The host was lovely, view was ok, location was good and fairly quiet at night. Breakfast was good. The place looked and felt like being in a care home. Decoration was dated and not particularly comfortable. Step in the middle of my room was lethal.
