Breakfast excellent The room we stayed in the blue bell has some road noise. If you are a person that spends alot of time in the room this might not be a good place

The customer service throughout the property was exceptional. Always a smiling face and always ready to help and answer questions. There was a lady at the reception (I wish I caught her name) she was really helpful, always going above and beyond. Free parking for guests, good breakfast always hot. The room was comfortable with a great view. Being the sister hotel of the Carbis Bay Estate it was amazing to use the spa facilities there!

The bed was very comfortable, with a good amount of amenities. Our room was directly above the sports bar, so we were sleep late at night, whenever the patrons below us decided to turn down the volume.

LOVED THE FACT THAT AS THE GANNET IS JOINED WITH THE CARBIS BAY, WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE SPA FACILITIES FOR NO ADDED COST.

Lovely staff Breakfast wasn’t great. We both had pancakes and barely any berries and by the time we got them maple syrup had sunk into pancakes, none on plate and they were dry in places.

Staff were so helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable Slight noise of industrial fans outside of room disturbed sleep a little.

Staff very friendly Had a cream tea and was really good Room was lovely and clean comfortable bed Breakfast was very poor mix up with order then had to wait for items and bought to us and was cold. Scrambled eggs not good.

Staff very welcoming. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner very good. Overall, everything was very good. Location perfect for where we need to be. Bed very comfortable. We were on the second floor and therefore had 3 flights of steps to get up and down. Room was very small, very little space around the bed. Not the hotel's fault but some people parking where it makes it difficult to either get past or maneuver around.
