A hotel with a very perfect location in Malta. The St Julians area is one of the most beautiful. The reception staff is very helpful and understanding. The room was quite spacious, the doors were with electric cards, there was a closet, the air conditioning was okay, the TV was smart and the bathroom also had everything you needed. There was cleaning every day and towels were changed. The food in the room was very tasty, there was a pool, gym, and bars. Also very close to the hotel there were perfect locations to go out. Cleaning was every day at 15:00 pm and was not done in the morning. The toilet flush was faulty some times. The staff had a problem with the English language, sometimes they misunderstood what we were saying to them. The bed was a little bit small for 2 persons.

The hotel is really amazing. It is super clean, spacious, comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. Everything works well. We also liked the style of the room. Wi-fi is good enough for work and watching movies. The biggest asset is the hotel staff! One of the best I've ever seen. People are very friendly and helpful, but never bothering or observing too much. We had a nice family holiday and we felt very relaxed at this hotel. The reception is great, they are very helpful. My 9 year old son and I also enjoyed the nice pool located at the roof top. We had a nice summer vacation! Thank you for that. 1. Some walls are too tiny, so we could here the neighbors in the next room when they were very loud. 2. I didn't get how to use the fire exits, because all of them were locked with a key. I was wondering what if the fire happens what all the people shall do. They cannot wait for the fire exit to be opened by the staff. 3. There was an automatic light in the bathroom and room which sometimes worked very odd. For example we were in the room, switched on the lights and then whole of a sudden, it turned off. All the lights turned off because of that sensors. This happened 2 times and it scared my child at night. I belive that this should be fixed. 4. St. Julian's is a good place for parties but not the best place for a family with kids. It is not nice there after 9 pm.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful from the day one to last day. Room and facilities were more than good and nice. Best thing was space of the room. I didn’t expect it to be so big (Three of us was in one room). Breakfast is very good and it has everything you need to start a day. Location is quite good. Everything you need is by walking distance. I really had enjoyed my time in there and I would come back for sure.

For the larger/superior rooms, a larger Fridge would be certainly very useful. I had one of the largest rooms with 3 TVs, if there was one or two less TVs and a larger fridge would have been really great. I book Vivaldi's largest room twice a year for our birthdays, I am only reconsidering another hotel only because of the fridge. And we're just two, families with children would definitely also thank you for a larger fridge! (Mainly to store health related products such as meds and certain food)

Breakfast was very good, the location is ideal and close to the nightlife, staff were very friendly and a bonus was the fitness room soap did run out in the bathroom, but this was eventually resolved

Nice location, close to shops, restaurants and the sea. Beach nearby isn’t very good. Breakfast was fine with many choices. Lobby bar and service was excellent. Room itself was nice but it wasn’t clean. And moreover only one time somebody came inside to clean it. But because it was Sunday they just took dirty towels and forgot to put new. Swimming pool area (indoor) is abandoned.

Modern room. 4th floor. Clean. Friendly staff. However, construction literally next door. No AC in late March. So had to leave window/door open for airflow, was woken up by noise every night, 6 am loud crash woke us up on the last night. Other then that good overall. If the hotel had A/C or central air system that would have insulated from the higher noise level.

The bed in the room was surprisingly narrow. The shower water had low pressure. The pool temperature should be one or degrees higher.

The room was amazing with a sea view! I could see the perfect sunrise without getting out! Being a coffee lover I was disappointed with coffee at breakfast time.
