The staff was not so kind, and the room service not very good. In fact, they didn't change my towel and didn't leave the coffee to make in the room as they were supposed to do.

Our room 222 had a terrible smell of raw sewage. Notified staff and they went in to access but nothing was done. They should have moved or we should have requested to move to another room. It was so bad that since our room was at the end of the hallway, we had the door open to lessen the stench. Unfortunately the room’s window can’t be open.

I liked the hotel partly due to its excellent location. The staff was great, and the room extremely comfortable.

Overall great hotel. I’m giving it 2 stars because one of the maids knocked on my door after 1am because they said they left their food in my microwave (from when they were servicing my room earlier on). What staff in their right mind would ever do that to a guest?!

It was super clean and really close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend staying there! Everyone was super nice and helpful!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. They were out of bottled water and the filling station also wasn’t working so that was inconvenient, but the staff was helpful in getting us water.
