Sheets were not clean when we arrived. Room was never cleaned when we came back to sleep for the 2nd night.

The staff member faith at check in was excellent! Free parking. Walkable to plenty of restaurants on Euclid

The room temperature was too warm for sleeping. Couldn't figure out how to lower it.

The front desk associates were so helpful and friendly.

It was very clean and well kept. The location was also perfect.

Lovely hotel with a slightly retro feel to it in the West Central area of St. Louis near Forest Park. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would look to stay there again if going to be in the part of St. Louis.

Nothing When I arrived at the property, I was told they didn't have enough room in the parking garage, and I'd have to park across the street and pay for parking myself at the Bank of America garage. This was completely unacceptable — I was traveling alone with my elderly dog and had quite a lot of luggage, including several large items. Making multiple trips back and forth across a busy street just wasn't feasible for me. I immediately asked to cancel, since this wasn't disclosed anywhere on the property listing. It mentioned valet parking, but this was not valet: we were expected to park and pay for it ourselves, then walk back to the hotel. The receptionist told me the booking was cancelled immediately and that I would receive a refund through Booking.com, which is where I made the reservation. Since then, Booking.com has tried repeatedly to reach the property, but the property has been completely unresponsive and is ignoring them. I still have not received my refund, despite being told directly by the receptionist that I would. On top of this, the area in front of the hotel was extremely busy and crowded. Overall, an awful experience: being told one thing at check-in, only to now have the property ignore the booking platform and refuse to issue the refund I was promised. Completely unacceptable.

The rooms and lobby were nice and well maintained, but the hallways and elevator felt dark and dated. Unfortunately, my husband also had an ice-cold shower in the morning, which was disappointing.

Updated room and bathroom. Quiet. Clean. Elevator is aged. Pillows are too soft.

Clean, friendly staff, great location, trendy rooms. Too much light in room at night. Bathroom sink partially blocked. Coffee machine in room did not work.

Loved this stay. The hotel was clean and well taken care of, the location was amazing and the rooms were cute. The parking was a little tricky but totally doable. Would stay here again.

We loved our 2 night stay here!! The location was great and offered access to restaurants and shopping! The Bel-Air social, located in the hotel, had everything we needed if we wanted a bite to eat, a drink, or photo opportunities! The beds are comfy and clean! Nice updated bathrooms! The only thing that we didn’t love was the small parking garage. But overall, 5⭐️
