The staff was very helpful, even with early check in. The rooms were clean, but the beds were not very comfortable at all. This really was the only ckmplaint we had. Over all everything was good and the breakfast was good too.

Clean room, staff was great- parking was expensive!

Older building with modernized rooms. Wasn't a fan of the Energy Saver light switch in half.of the room and parking is a nightmare right because of construction. Great location for baseball games, concerts, etc. Excellent breakfast options provided by property and definitely a safe, secure building.

It was an awesome room to match the price. Comfortable, clean and cozy. 10/10 recommend. N/a

The hotel staff (front desk) were very friendly! Very down to Earth. The lobby and dinning areas were very spacious. The breakfast was hot and delicious! The rooms and hallways were very quiet. The rooms were very well stocked with dining needs (plates, glasses, etc). The location was right where we needed to be however it appeared cramped in that there was not any designated parking locations. Valet parking was basically parking your car on the street on the side of the building. Who would pay for that? Street parking was available via paid meters ($2/hr until 7pm). The street parking was limited and tight. There were vacant buildings around the hotel which gives it an eyesore and no view from your room (depending on what side of the building you're on). The hallway carpet could have been cleaned better. Housekeeping was outside of our room cleaning the next room and there was a great deal of trash that apparently someone dropped (food) and Housekeeping did not pick it up so it just sat outside of our door. Our room was ok (just ok). I didnt care for the layout but it served it's purpose. The floor in the room was extremely dirty. The rugs were in need of a shampoo and the tile floors had not been mopped. I wasted water and used a towel to wipe it up and the floor was black with dirt! Disgusting! The TV did not work. Luckily I was outside of the room more than inside and did not need to watch anything. There was only one working elevator. You can imagine the wait at check out. We ended up walking down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator wait was more than 30 minutes during the morning. There unfortunately were a few homeless individuals that wondered around the outside of the building. There is a public park next door and they appear to frequent that area. This was a bit uncomfortable in that there were concerns of safety. The hotel has security however they were not there to police this population of individuals.

Our room was not the cleanest. We didn't get blankets and sheets for the pull out bed until about 9pm for our 2 young children. The staff were nice and seemed to try their best. It was a nice location, close to a lot of attractions, but really rough to get to with road construction when we went just end of July. We tried to call the hotel to ask how to get there and they put us on hold for over 15 mins so we hung up and paid for parking. The breakfast was ok. Overall I probably would not stay here again.
-
They charged $55 to park! We were not told in advance about this exorbitant charge. Breakfast was partially out on time. No good fruit at breakfast. No bananas. We were told we could get car anytime. We had to wait for valet to get there in the morning….. unbelievable with what we were charged!

It was a great location for us.

My only major gripe is that the elevators, at least going down, take forever. In one instance I waited 15 minutes for an elevator and had to push the call button multiple times before one finally stopped at my floor. Not sure if that's related to how busy the hotel was this particular weekend, but just something to be mindful of.

Hotel was a bit awkward to get to because of construction nearby but the Valet service was good. The room had a full size fridge, which was very much appreciated, but the bed and pillows were very soft. Breakfast had lots of variety but quality varied from one day to the next. Overall, happy with our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Location wasn’t great. I didn’t feel the area was safe enough to just park my car nearby in the street overnight.

The entire staff was amazing- whether it was the front door/desk staff, housekeeping etc. everyone was so kind and helpful in everyway. Breakfast in the mornings were delicious and the location was walking distance to wherever we needed to go for the weekend
