Pool area was a bit dirty, people were leaving trash and smoking everywhere.

Maid came to clean at 8 am, we were still sleeping. She Didn’t come back till 4pm, we just had gotten back to the room. So no cleaning.

Great hotel. Very clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the pool and recreation area with wait staff for food and drinks. Definitely plan to stay there again!

My family and i loved this hotel, the staff, the service and attention was amazing, Rooms and bathrooms were very nice, only the pool bathroom needs more maintenance and cleaning, the beach is beautiful, i will definitely come back and i recommend this hotel 100%

Clean room, restaurant breakfast was great, picture showed ocean view; however, you could barely see the ocean between the trees. Had to be on top floor for ocean view.

Walking to the beach Never located the so-called amenities. Ice machines were broken and located on every other floor. Housekeeping replenished “fresh” towels with stained ones. Local crowds were allowed free rein to the facilities that resulted in HUGE crowds of DRUNK college-aged kids taking over beachside chairs and umbrellas, some without paying for them. Forget trying to get in the pool - no way I was stepping a foot in that urine filled cesspool. Drinking in the pool and on the beach was ridiculous, worse than Daytona Beach at spring break - crowd so rowdy EMTs, fire rescue and police called onsite. Operations director Brendan apologized since it was a “routine” - his word - “Saturday”. Last straw was the lot full sign with nowhere for a paying guest to park onsite. Checked out at 7:30 pm after coming back in from dinner and drove 4.5 hours home.

No balcony beach view, your view is the parking lot. Room carpet dirty & ants in room.

Beautiful location, the beach was amazing, the restaurant/beach bar was awesome. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Our toilet in our room didn’t work properly. We didn’t want to waste any time during our short stay and change rooms so luckily my boyfriend is handy enough to fix it each time but it was a little annoying. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great either it would cut out overnight and we would wake up warm in the morning

The staff was all super friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious, parking was easy. Right on the beach and so many walkable options right there so you didn't need to even drive any where.

Everyone was nice- I enjoyed it being on the beach and the on site restaurant. Everyone was helpful. It was clean and updated- I only couldn’t give it the highest clean stars because the floor was missed in sweeping a bit when we first arrived- but wasn’t a huge deal overall the rest was clean- the partial view wasn’t a lie but you couldn’t really see the ocean well. I would just pay to have the full view room. I paid to have partial and never used it for the lack of being able to see the ocean well. So I’d not pay to have a view at all or go for full view.
