The room & bathroom were very clean. There was a partial ocean view which was nice. One of the young ladies on staff at the front desk named Alexa was extremely warm & hospitable & helped us a lot during our short stay. We had a few problems during our stay. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed so we had to stuff a washcloth between the doors to keep it shut. The next problem was with one of the employees who was working outside helping with the parking because there was a wedding when we arrived & the parking was a madhouse. He helped us secure a spot then kept asking us for a tip. He was quite persistent & we found it extremely annoying. Another problem we found was that the restaurant Coconuts didn't have much seating & required long periods of waiting before we could be seated. The breakfast food was okay but nothing to write home about.

Rooms are over priced. Hotel charges for parking, chairs on beach, etc. For overpriced room should include parking, and beach chair. I’d pick another beach hotel.

The staff were amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Easy access to the beach! Very quiet and relaxing beach!

Fast easy check in the front desk staff friendly and helpful land we loved being that close to the beach we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

check in was late. They did say they would give us free breakfast for that, but we never got that. My bedding and pillow cases had dirt and some gross crusty stuff on them. I did ask them to change our bedding and they did immediately. The bathroom sink water was a dribble, barely any water coming out of that faucet. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Great stay. Wonderful beach. A more younger crowd then expected but no issues. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. Love this property. Staff was amazing.

The staff was friendly but they don’t clean the rooms daily and at one point we had to 3 times to have someone clean our rooms daily and get towels the beach was great. Staff were great but I think if manager does not tell someone to do something they don’t look at their communication devices where they message staff

This resort was the best getaway! Prime location, great food, beautiful beach and cozy rooms! I’ve been here four times and stayed feeling the same excitement and comfort each and every time! 10/10

The rooms smelled of cigarettes. Breakfast was included in my reservation, yet they charged me for it. I filed a complaint but never received a response.
