The Luce, St. Pete Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at The Luce. The hotel has a great location right on the beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas included, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A great place for a relaxing stay in St. Pete Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was delectable, the inclusion of fruit into the dishes was a refreshing touch. Additionally, the size of the pool was very satisfactory and the service was excellent, the staff waited no time to offer towels and seating. Moreover, the gym equipment offered a variety of different exercises that allowed for the targeting of many muscle groups that enhanced the experience. The beach also had many such luxuries. The beach had the same services as the pool but also had volleyball nets that proved to make my beach experience fun. Lastly, many of the employees we’re bilingual and very kind which pleased my foreign mother. Ultimately, my stay in this hotel was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the beach. While the beach was very enjoyable, the sand near the water was rough in certain areas and it took away from the experience. Having to watch my step wasn’t very pleasant.

The customer service is unmatched! The food was amazing. The gym was really nice. Extremely clean and perfect location.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather, but the nice courtyard and ambiance made up for it. We had nice breakfasts and dinners and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

A special shoutout to Steve, one of the bartenders, who was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and made every visit to the bar so much fun. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can really tell that hospitality is a priority here. The hotel has been newly renovated, and it shows. Everything is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the stylish lobby to the gorgeous rooms, every space feels fresh and inviting. I especially loved the spacious bathroom with the large vanity—it made getting ready so easy. The pool area is beautiful, and being right on the water makes the location even better. The restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks, and we loved the sunset socials—they were such a fun way to unwind and meet other guests. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this hotel has something for everyone. It’s kid-friendly, relaxing, and has such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home during our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing, very friendly. The location is really good. The hotel is all updated, everything new, so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.

It has been redone and it it so pretty. Old Miami vibes. The pool and beach were great. It was quite expensive for the area.

Great location, beautifully refurbished hotel from a previous Motel style hotel. Lobby, pool & restaurants/lounge areas are lovely. Room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. Great for families. The Sundrop restaurant is lovely. However, the service is abominable.. Attempted to have two meals at the restaurant-both times waited for food for over an hour. Clearly there were some issues with staffing -as they just opened three weeks ago.

please tell the lobby workers that they need to be a little bit nicer because they act like they own the place
