Absolutely amazing property. The entertainment is perfect. You never have to leave you have everything right there. Good, music and the ocean

Room was clean. Coffee maker didn't work. Contacted the front desk who said they would send someone. No one ever showed.

That being said, I would set your expectations when it comes to cleanliness. It had more of the level of cleanliness you might expect from a busy “party hotel” rather than a higher-end resort. The hotel was also under construction during our stay, which is worth knowing ahead of time. My biggest concern was finding what appeared to be small droplets of blood on our comforter. I notified the front desk and was told someone would be sent up, but unfortunately no one came until the following day. Parking was also terrible. It was difficult and frustrating enough that I definitely think it’s something guests should be aware of before booking, especially if you’re bringing a car. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a terrible stay. If your priority is a fun, lively atmosphere, you’ll probably enjoy it.

When I stay at beach hotels this place is what I have in mind. Two pools (within a beautiful courtyard with ample seating), beach chairs, towels & umbrella provided, right on the beach, and a bar right between the hotel and beach. I stayed in a pretty simple room, but it was everything I needed!!

Construction was not told to us.

Fun place. Our room was next to pool, facing bar/grill/music/beach with a back patio. Great live music.

Bathroom was old I just like the beach

I would not call this a resort. The access to the beach was the best thing about it. Drinks at bar were very reasonable. Bartender there was really nice!

A pleasant surprise for a beach hotel. I especially liked the three bars, Bo h indoor and exterior, and the amenity of including a beach umbrella and two chairs in the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The beachfront location was convenient and there were a few staff members who were friendly and helpful. There was disruptive concrete tear-out/construction throughout our stay, with power tools, drilling, banging, trucks beeping and workers yelling from the morning into the early afternoon. On our final morning, work was happening directly outside our room around 9 AM. We were never informed beforehand that this would be taking place. The front desk told us it was a morning-of emergency, although construction fencing had already been set up the previous day. Our original room also had a strong dead-animal-like odor and we had to change rooms. The beach chair attendant shut down the equipment around 2:30 PM despite clear weather while neighboring resorts remained open. He also asked to search through our bags, resulting in personal items, including my sister’s tampons, being exposed. He then told us he was not actually permitted to search guests’ bags and even described a previous incident where a guest called the police over him going through a bag, which was extremely concerning. Construction also interfered with normal access around the property, including having to walk around the work area simply to get towels. Overall, most staff interactions were not particularly friendly or helpful. I have video footage documenting the construction and noise during our stay. I also complained to the front desk about these issues during our stay and was told we would receive a $50 food-and-beverage credit to use at the restaurant/bar near the front of the property. However, after checking my Discover account, the charges were still billed to my card and the promised credit was never applied. Between the undisclosed construction, room issue, inappropriate bag searches, poor service, disruption to normal resort amenities, and failure to honor the promised $50 credit, this was an extremely disappointing experience for what we paid.
