Sirata Beach Resort St Pete Beach

The hotel room was not clean. The hidden fees were ridiculous. If I would have known that I would be paying just as much as a nicer hotel I would have booked the nicer one. Travelers beware. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Great Vacation Spot!

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is amazing and the ocean facing rooms are therapeutic. The food and drinks at Rum runners are excellent.

The biggest disappointment was the service. On my first night, I waited more than three hours for room service before finally tracking down a staff member, only to be told the ordering system had been down the entire time and asked if I wanted to place my order again. I did, but when it finally arrived another hour later, it was the wrong order. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered a $100 room credit, which I appreciated. Because of that gesture, I intentionally stayed on property for meals and beach rentals for the rest of my stay instead of going elsewhere. At checkout, however, I discovered the credit had simply been applied to my room rate rather than functioning as an additional credit to use during my stay. In other words, I spent significantly more on property than I otherwise would have because I believed I was using a separate credit. That was incredibly misleading, and when I tried to explain my frustration, I felt dismissed rather than heard. Beyond that, staff were generally difficult to reach and not particularly welcoming when I did interact with them. During my four-night stay, housekeeping came only once. The team at Rumrunners was the exception and was consistently friendly. For nearly $2,000, I expected a much smoother experience. It’s a beautiful property with potential, but the service and communication left me disappointed.

No notice of the 2 out door restaurants being closed. No notice of the 1 pool with cabana be closed.. room with obstruction view. We paid for full ocean view. Room housekeeping was awful. Would not recommend

Walk to beach was easy

The Shower tiles and trim had some black that needs cleaned or painted. The pool was nice, clean, and directly on the beach. I would stay again. Great place for Teens. Safe location walking distance to starbucks.

Great location right on the beach, with umbrella and chair rentals available. Staff was kind and helpful. My room had a slight smoke odor, which was strange as I booked a non smoking room. Additionally, you can hear other guests in other rooms very easily, more so than in other hotels. However, I spent the majority of my time on the beach so I didn't mind much. I love the Sirata's location - have stayed many times and will stay again.

I pre booked and payed in full for my stay and when i walked in they did not allow me to check in and they charged a large cancellation fee even though we were on time.

Hotels seems ok but the maintenance work noise was loud. The power went out in my room. The kid splash pool was very dirty. The elevator was super slow.

Had everything we needed. Comfortable and near so many things to do.

Room are very spacious and clean… what we loved!!! The staff very friendly and helpful. In the front desk Jose was super nice. We definitely will reschedule more days.

The room was not what was on the pictures. AC was loud, dirty, the tub felt like you were going to fall through, entry door didn’t shut all the way and had smell. Very disappointing! I was there by myself and terrified someone was going to break in. I did not feel safe sleeping and left the light on. I would really like some money back. Very very run down old motel. I do not recommend and very very disappointed!!!!
