Horizon Beach Hotel

The quality of food and I didnt like it and for little kids there wast good enough option in the restaurant

We loved the location. Spectacular views from the dining room. The sea surrounding the hotel is pristine and beautiful. Great place to swim and snorkel. Our room was very well appointed and immaculately decorated and clean. The food was excellent and plentiful. I really appreciated that the chef did not overly salt the food but instead allowed the natural flavors to shine through. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very professional. The only negative for us was the stairs leading down to the swimming platform. They should have rails for the safety of old people. Also the ladder used to climb in and out of the ocean needs to be adjusted. The top step of the ladder is not useable because it is to close to the wood of the platform. This makes it difficult for older people to climb back up.

A nice hotel located on the rocks with a view over Stalida. (Mostly) friendly and helpful staff, a great aqua park for children and a lot of food. The experience could have been perfect, if there were not some strange rules in the restaurant. If you are a group of three, you have difficulties to find a nice table, especially directly at the balcony railings, which is really a pity. If you try, the staff responsible for this area reacts very harsh and unfriendly so that your mood for a nice breakfast or dinner is completely messed up. This is so unnecessary and I hope they will change their attitude or find a better solution fitting staff's needs and guest's wishes.

Great location and we liked the style of the accommodation. The hotel also put out (Twentysomething!) children right next to us which was really helpful. Great food and nice staff. Used the spa Gym was not really up to the job but a minor point.

Superb

Location lovely with great views room was clean pool clean plenty of beds Might seem stupid but only family rooms get kettles and you can't get coffee till 8.e0 when we asked for paper cups got told no Staff rude and unhelpful Weed smell near room Food very much the same each day Only drinks on all inclusive are coffee tea beer wine basic spirits and fizzy. Anything else you pay for. The cups are tiny so you have to keep going to bar. Ice cream only at lunch and teatime Luggage room down a pile of steps Overall a basic all inclusive whilst clean they have a long way to.go yet We would not return

Exceptional

The staff is really hospitable, polite and doing more than they can to assist in everything! Front desk employees and all working at the restaurant were very kind and lovely. We got our room early in the morning due to our baby and the room for very good-located for the family like us. The sandy beach is a bit far, 10-12 minutes by walking, it is not easy in 30+ degrees. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is almost not working, it is very difficult to eat while sweating.

Disappointing

Perfect location, perfect coordination from the stay from coming to the airport until coming back home, nice friendly personal staff everywhere and perfect room and pools location. We did one of the best family vacations in this hotel The all inclusive service was also with amazing food, and amazing animation from Greece culture.

The friendly staff and cleanliness. The food needs a big improvement, we ate out of the hotel for our meals. The rooms were very basic, no insulation so lots of noise. the shower had a small curtain and flooded the entire bathroom when you had a shower.

Nice place with beautiful view on the coast. Perfect and fresh meals. Nice hotel staff with smiles on faces. Good accomodation. No one secured the the hotel. Local kids on the pool, shouting and destroying pumped pool toys. Water in the main pool was slightly salted.

Absolutely top - Mr. Vasiliji from Reservation/Reception and his team:) Still, very nice staff members overall from restaurant/bar people to technician and pool water slighting attendant - everybody was friendly at all times, despite they must have had a busy season behind them, we stayed there the last week before closing. Everybody very friendly to small kids, makes life easier:) All inclusive - there are always people who like to see a higher quality in product variety offered, I only can state, price/value for „All Inclusive“ was fantastic at all times and more you can eat! The hotel needs some refurbishment, it’s about time in many areas. Maybe they could serve all day coffee/tea in the lobby bar, so you don‘t have to go to the pool bar downstairs. Still, seeing price/value of services and inclusions offered - nothing to criticise!!!

Everything was perfect!

Great front of house staff. The property was very unkept, lawns , gardens etc needed much attention. Dining like a school boarding house, with very grumpy matron. Pools small for size of complex.
